Needed a gallon of paint to refresh the walls in our hearth room as we are getting new carpet soon. I brought in a Dutch Boy paint sample Cement Prints from 2002 as I wanted the same color. Yes, it's been 20 years since I painted the walls in this room. Until a year ago, it was only my husband and I the house Now we have a cat. The paint color was no longer available and the first worker didn't know how to use the equipment that "reads" and reproduces the color from the sample. Fortunately a more experienced worker stepped in and gave me a perfect match of the best quality Dutch Boy Platinum Plus. I have tried Behr, Pittsburgh, Sherwin Williams, and Valspar paint over the years and like Dutch Boy the best. The easy-pour container and contents are durable and long lasting. Attached photos are not the best as they were taken while I was seated in a chair being kneaded by our cat.

Ordered an Engress Well cover. The gentleman in building supplies was great and got me on my way. Little to no wait time

Plenty of cool stuff to look at and useful stuff to buy. You can find everything from lawnmowers, to hand soap. Also, some very friendly, and knowledgeable employees to talk to!

Didn't catch the names of the people that helped us today, but we were picking up bags of cement and there was a employee that was putting some bags back on the shelf, he helped us get some bags loaded on our cart.
Another employee offered to help us load them into our car. We want to let you know we appreciate the help these two employees gave us.

A HUGE shout out to Dan & Leinna (spelling may be wrong and so sorry about that). They truly went above and beyond to help me look for the Christmas tree I wanted. They also brought extra down! Most the employees just say we don’t have them yet don’t even look. Truly outstanding and I sure hope they are paid well as they deserve it! Wonderful customer service.

I had a great experience at Menards! The returns process was easy and went smoothly. The employee at the paint counter was quick and friendly, and the checkout process was also smooth. Overall, it was a good time.

The staff were so friendly and helpful! Easy to navigate for someone not as familiar with home improvement stores. Order pick up was easy and quick.

The employees are super helpful and usually happy which makes it a fun place to shop.
There are so many things here that you can't find anywhere else and most of their groceries are cheaper and tastier than the grocery store!

Order pick up was at the back of the store. Convenient and safe. Employees were very helpful in getting my order loaded into the car. Great experience!

I have bought so much from this store over the last 10 years, the staff is always helpful even to the Do It Yourself type folks like myself. There is only one person there i've had a bad experience with in plumbing but I think he's just a grumpy old guy and that's the way he is. The paint, tools and flooring department have been lifesavers for me!

Every employee was extra friendly offering me help finding things or asking if I had any questions. I ran a retail business for many years & that's exactly how i taught my employees ti treat customers. Dedinately will go back! Much appreciated how well I was treated. Thank you!

This is by far the BEST Metro area and Western WI Menards. Heather and Isaiah in Building Materials are seriously my heroes. I am building a deck and the level of service I have received from helping with finding all the building materials, even those out of stock at this location, to getting 55 60lb bags of concrete to my house without me breaking my back, I couldn't imagine a better level of customer service.

I was sent on a quest to find a wall vent along with the tools to fix a sliding closet door. I know next to nothing when it comes to home repairs and I wandered the enormous aisles with wide, befuddled eyes. Thankfully, an older gentleman named Chris swooped in and saved the day. He was incredibly knowledgeable and above all, friendly. He didn't act like I was wasting his time as he took me down aisle after aisle; explaining everything and answering my questions. He was absolutely amazing and went above and beyond! This man deserves a raise! Best experience I've ever had in a hardware store.

All ways good. Bought a can of paint for a small project. Picked up paint sample for bathroom, also body and hand soap.

Went to three different stores looking for a real basic (though evidently difficult to acquire) universal tv stand, and was about to go to at least two more when I called here, spoke to a lovely associate in electrical named Jessica who helped me find what I needed--and informed me it was on sale, too! She saved me $10-15 and a lot of driving. Thanks!

First time at Menards since Covid started. The parking lot was full. When I entered I was pleasantly surprised that it n.v was easy to monitor the distance. Check out was fast. Not crowded. I watched the cashier cleaning the card machine between each customer. Very positive visit.

I love Menards so this opinion might be skewed but everytime I go there if I need help anyone I ask will either help me or get me with the correct person for help!
I wasn't sure how to add another review but I went to the Oakdale Menards on 3/25 with an instal guide from a retractable air hose thing and it didn't come with any of the mounting screws or washers etc. David Elf from hardware helped me find the many different bolts and nuts and washers I needed, who knew there were so many options?! I understand it's his job to help but he litterally was the nicest guy and was super patient with me he deserved this shout out.

This store is very organized. I went here because my usual store was out of stock of what I needed. I looked at the website and it said they were in stock here. Everything was where it was supposed to be and was in stock just like the website said. Nice store will look at this store again if my usual store is out of stock

Very clean establishment. The employees were extremely customer service oriented, knowledgeable in various products, courteous and helpful.

Love this menards. Staff super helpful and friendly. Far cry from the university location. I walked around for 45 minutes looking for laundry soap and no one said a word to me. I finally gave up and walked out..
