I had a great experience at this Maplewood AutoZone. Customer service was amazing thanks to Derrick! I was able to purchase and get my battery replaced by him. It would’ve taken me forever to figure it out on my own but his experience and expertise made the process so quick and easy. Staff is friendly and welcoming compared to other AutoZones I’ve been to. Thank you!!

My recent visit to AutoZone was efficient and helpful. The staff was knowledgeable, assisting me in finding the right parts for my car. The store was well-organized, making the shopping experience smooth. However, the availability of certain items could be improved. Overall, a positive experience for my automotive needs.

I went to do an engine check and it's f-en 6 below cold. This (I think manager) grey shirt uniform man named Derek was helping me. He got everything. Customer service, smiles, listens, and knowledgeable. He printed out my sheet and explained to me my problems. I was VERY satisfied with his service!

What a lifesaver ! Last week I found myself leaving work in the dark and found that both headlight bulbs had gone out. It was a scary trip over to AutoZone in Maplewood, but it was one of the few places open at that time. Derrick helped me choose the right bulbs, and then, with me assisting with a flashlight, he replaced both bulbs. Fantastic customer service !!

was just here due too a stressful situation from advance auto repeatedly giving me a wrong/broken bulb! pawan the sales man was WONDERFUL not only did he help me but he took the extra time too put the bulb in and make sure it worked i will most definitely becoming back here!

Last night around 8:00pm my battery died at a Target across town. A friend came by to help jumpstart my car and advised me to get a new battery. My car died 3 times this year already. After he jump start my car, my son and I drove to the closest Auto zone to get a new battery. At 9:00pm we got there and I met Arron, the mechanic who works there. He was a very kind gentleman who patiently helped explain things in detail and installed the new battery for me.
After my battery failed me 3 times recently I knew I needed to get a new battery ASAP. If I didn't get it last night, this morning my car may not have started and I wouldn't be able to get to work. After Arron finished installing the new battery, turns out one of my headlight wasn't working. My windshield on my driver's side was not working well neither. He helped fix it all for me at no cost. I asked him if there's a way I could tip him for all the work he did for me. I am a woman and a single mother who knows nothing about cars. He only had one favor and that was to write him a review.
I'm crying inside and asked him for a hug because at that moment he was a hero to me. As I drove home, I try not to tear in front of my son but I couldn't help it and teared all the way home.
Arron S., I appreciate your big heart. Watching you in the cold fixing my car from start to finish for the first time in a long time I met a stranger who was not only doing the minimum work required but went above and beyond for a customer. You showed me a different level of customer service. I hope your boss will see this and know that you're a true, kind, and amazing employee. Thank you very much! The service, knowledgeable staff and dedication to customer service is outstanding. The AutoZone in Maplewood is the first stop I go for help with my vehicles. Gary was able to help me fix the back of my pickup. I'm so impressed with everyone at the store. Jackson, the store manager, is incredible in creating a culture of high standards. Thank you!

Stopped in last night and picked up an actuator for the four-wheel drive after receiving the wrong part from another auto parts store. The lady working was very knowledgeable and got me the right part. I have bought other parts here in the past, and everyone that I have dealt with has been very friendly and knowledgeable. Nice work, guys!

My headlight went out in my suv and I am so happy I went to Auto Zone in Maplewood. They were super friendly & professional, changed the light bulb for me and answered all my questions. Thank you!

Update: This store is the best! My turn signal light went out and I went to a different Auto Zone location and had a bad experience. Afterwards, I went to the Maplewood store. Not only did they have the light bulb, they were friendly, knowledgeable, and just all-around helpful. I'm a single mom who doesn't know much about cars, and the store manager & the rest of the team at this location has always been so helpful.

Stopped in to buy rear turn signal bulb. Pawan, courteous and polite replaced my bulbs for me! Offered him a tip, but smiled and declined.
Nice to know there are people who really are there to help others!

Last evening I brought my 1999 Buick century in to be battery tested, and low and behold it was still under warranty. Unfortunately after it was replaced by staff member Aaron, car was diagnosed to have a starter issue. Aaron assured me that the car would be safe being left there overnight until my brother could return the following morning to fix. At this writing, I am glad to report my issue has been resolved. I just want to extend a much appreciated Thankyou to Aaron, and Auto Zone for the courteous, and professional way my situation was handled. Kudos to this location!!!!

Sales guy helped me immediately with finding my wiper sizes. Then he walked over with me to the wiper display and told me about the different options. I selected the wipers I needed with his help. Then another sales guy, Josh, came out into the 20° weather and put all three wiper blades on open left, right, and rear. Great service!

My entire family shops at AutoZone. We always look for Jackson
to help us. Jackson is the best!!!! She goes out of her way to assist us with our purchases. She physically went outside and installed a back up bulb for me, which I greatly appreciate!!!!!! I can't say enough good things about her.

Very friendly and helpful service. When installing my headlight became challenging, another young man, Caine, cheerfully offered to do it. He got his own tools, removed a part, installed the light, replaced the part and checked to make sure it worked. I am thankful and will recommend this store and employees to my friends.
