Cub - Maplewood East

I couldn't find any specific milk I'm looking for and found an employee by the deli section. I asked her if she knows who work in the dairy section. She said doesn't know but she can page someone. She drop what she was doing and took her time to follow me to see which brand and milk I'm looking for. She said she'll look in the back to see if there's any milk and if not she'll page someone. She was so kind and patient with me. The other gentleman who worked in the dairy section, came out fast to help me and was also kind. Thank you, you both for your great customer service. I wish I had taken the time to ask for your names.

This is my go-to grocery store. It doesn't have everything, but it has a nice mix of product mix, price, ease of access, short enough lines, and a friendly staff. There are quite a few familiar faces there on staff and I feel comfortable in the store, what more could you ask for?

The selection of products is satisfying here. They rarely run out of my preferred items. I mostly want to talk about Sterling, a staff member that works in the deli who has who has impacted my life by being such a kind and wonderful person.. His social skills are so exceptional that he has actually brightened some hard days for me. And he's brilliant at his job! ❤👏 I think this also speaks to the excellent management that I've also noticed.
All together a FANTASTIC Cub foods location -- stocked with my favorite things, and service from some really great people. well done.

Jenna who works in the pharmacy is always polite and very helpful. I never write reviews but she definitely deserves it.

Some of the cubs have bad people with nasty attitude's. This cub is nice with a good manager and nice people. Also a nice sitting area...

Wow. Great people here. The staff I mean. The bathrooms for men are always very well kept and I love shopping here in general. Good selection of everything in my opinion. I love the rib tips that got here in the deli area. Other cub foods ain't got em!

Johnathan was such an amazing help thanks for cutting up the chicken for me. He went over and beyond to deliver outstanding customer service. I just want to say thank you. You truly made my day!

I love how Cub is laid out to match all their stores! I also love how they have all their Frozen organics in a couple freezer doors that are clearly labeled all around the door with some stickum tape labeled organic organic organic! Same with gluten-free! Great price on tombstone pizzas!! 😋

The employees are knowledgeable in their particular departments, the deli, bakery and produce are always fresh and there's always a sale.

Best pharmacy too - the pharmacists and techs actually take the time to learn your name and are efficient and friendly.

And if you don't like longer lines don't go to this - or any grocery store for that matter - during peak hours.

There was a girl her name started Von. I can't remember the rest. She was the sweetest girl I ever met. Me and this old man were moving really slow so she bagged our food. Personality plus. She should be the President.

I love shopping here all the time! this is my second fav cub foods! employees are nice and will help you all the time, the only thing that bothers me is when u ask an employee were something is and they just point where instead of showing u! i think cubs needs to work on that a little more..

Need a fast inexpensive lunch? Stop by the deli! They have a salad bar, and fried food available. Chinese (orange chicken, egg rolls, general etc.) serve yourself bar. They make cakes for weddings, birthdays and special occasions. Cub has an app as well...

Well stocked store. After a disappointing experience at Hy-Vee across the street I stopped by this Cub and they had everything that I needed that Hy-Vee was either out of or didn't carry.

Good customer service clean environment, usually stocked well. Do to popularity of the store they sometimes run out of popular items like menthol cigarettes.

Cub Foods on Rice St. And Co. Rd. B(just off hwy 36) has the best Bakery and Pharmacy! The employees at this location are always friendly and very helpful!

Nice grocery store. Well located by a home depot, pet smart, and an auto parts store to mix and match shopping trips. Clean, well staffed, and the usual good cub foods deals

I buy my groceries here, they typically have everything I need. The staff is quiet and doesn't bother you by being overly helpful, but are always around if you need them.

This is where I get my groceries every week, I have no complaints. As a side tip, sometimes at this location, there is discount alcohol.
