The UPS Store

I came into the store on a Sunday on my way back home to Colorado. I dropped off a ton of items I needed to ship home. A lot of fragile items and tons of miscellaneous things. Lexi went through the items and rang me up. I received the package today and was blown away with the care she used in packing my items. Nothing was broken or even bent. I appreciate how thoughtful she was in the process. Absolutely amazing.

This is a belated 5 star review. It should have been written in early August 2023, after the great experience I had there. I used this location to pack and ship several items including a desktop PC, and a lamp and shade. I also brought in several cartons I had packed myself. The employee who helped me was wonderful! So cheerful and patient. When the costs were totaled, she asked if I belonged to AAA or AARP, which I do, which gave me a discount. I've been using UPS for years in Michigan and Florida, and no one has ever mentioned those discounts. I was delighted. Now, here it is January 2024 and I'm just opening the boxes they had packed for me. OMG! What an amazing job they did: everything wrapped so carefully! No shortage of bubble wrap or tape at all! They even hand made a separate little box for a light bulb. Plus they neatly packaged a couple of old potholders I meant to toss out, and included a cute little note with a smiley face on it. So, 5 months later I'm finally writing this review. I just had to write and commend the store and the great employee who helped me. I'm so sorry I don't have her name now. If I do find the original bill of sale and her name is there, I'll edit this to give her the public acclaim she deserves.

The Rochester/Livernois location of this office is wonderful! They are efficient, professional, and so friendly. I trust them with all my shipping needs. When I visit there to pick up my mail, it's like seeing friends - thank you so much!

Have used this store since I moved to the area and they do a good job. Mostly stop here to drop off Amazon returns and a few times to get stuff notarized. Great store overall.

Its not just one experience but multiple experiences that shape my opinion and these comments. That in itself sets this UPS store apart from all others. Each time I walk in the door I get a sincere hello, every question I ask is answered willingly, each person I have come in contact with has been professional and caring. I looked at a competitor who is closer to our office and I have no regrets going with this UPS location. Its the team that makes it all work! Great people!

They are friendly, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. I've come here multiple from shipping to faxing, etc. UPS is no. 1 for a reason. All my packages have arrived to its original destination on time or early. And they save you money; i wanted 2 day shipping. The employee told me to do three days which was way cheaper. It arrived in three days just as he stated.

This is a very safe and efficient environment. We appreciate the fact that we have always been treated with courtesy and friendly smiles. It makes standing in line and distancing a little easier. Great experience! Went in to ship my old phone. I took whichever box I could find at home and the return label. UPS associates said that can package everything for me including label and all! I was literally in and out of the store within a minute! Another great customer experience from UPS!

I've used our local UPS store on Livernois in Rochester Hills for many years. They have always been outstanding for service and professionalism.
I had a recent problem with a package that I sent to Florida to my granddaughter for her birthday. The store staff was extremely helpful and submitted a claim for the missing package for me.
My daughter has since discovered the missing package in her garage where a family member had moved it. It all had a happy ending and the UPS staff was extremely courteous when I asked them to cancel the claim.
I will always use them for sending packages in the future.

I've been using this store almost since its been there. The people that work there are great, including the managers. We've had some things that were too big for us to pack, packed by the store. The recipients always told us what a great job was done. And the prices always surprised me by how reasonable they were. Some of the reviews listed sound as if they were made up by someone who never used UPS and just like to sling mud. Did you know you can have UPS even pick up a shipment at your location so you don't have to be inconvenienced?

The FedEx store in. Rochester is great. I have been to the store in Bloomfield Hills, Mi and even though it is remodeled the door is not automatic.
Rochester store the doors automatically open so that when I have multiple packages the door opens. It is especially helpful with the trolly that one pushes the packages on.
The employees are always helpful, Courteous and polite

I have always received friendly and efficient service from this store. I once had to ship a package to my son in Italy and had no idea it was going to be complicated because the Italian Post wants to know exactly what you are sending and where it was made and if you do not know how to answer questions properly, you can get zinged quite a bit of extra money if it is not in their duanting category of accepted items. The manager at this store helped me fill out the information to properly get our package through. I was very happy because they were so helpful! (I hope our country is a picky as to what is being shipped here! ).

Our local UPS store is a gem. Sometimes I just don't have the right packing materials & the fees to have my package wrapped, packed and shipped are very reasonable. Their team is knowledgeable, helpful & efficient. I also have confidence that my UPS packages will reach their destinations intact and on time!

I used the UPS Store on Livernois, in the Kroger shopping, to send many items to my grandchildren in Louisville Ky. I was not sure of packaging, but the friendly staff had great ideas to help me get the gifts to KY safely and economically. The staff were wonderful to work with and the cost of shipping was reasonable.
The gifts got to Louisville in two days and the kids and I were thrilled. Thank you guys. Really appreciate your help.

Was using a private type shipping company for a few years. Always asked for “least” expensive way to ship. Unknown to me for years I was greatly overpaying. Always told USPS was best way. Took 3-4 days ground. Went to UPS only to find out I could ship boxes twice the size/weight for less than 1/2 what I have been paying. And gets there the next day!!! Staff is super friendly. I’ll never go back where I was before.

I appreciated being able to drive up to the curb, set my 2 heavy boxes down outside the door and thenhave an employee help me carry them in. I was told 3 days delivery to CO and the boxes arrived exactly as expected. A completely different experience at the Post Office where I was told 3 day Priority Mail was actually taking 2 weeks. UPS wins the 2020 shipping award.
