The pharmacist Amanda is great!! Very kind and helpful and even found me a better discount card to save me more money.

Full selection of sought items. Helpful pharmacy staff. Lots of free parking on site. Prices are reasonable.

The staff here is amazing! Particularly the store manager (I didn't catch her name). I usually shop at another big name drugstore for myself and my partner and hadn't been in a Rite Aid in years. Didn't know where anything was and she basically walked me around the store and helped me find the several items on my list. The cashier was friendly and engaging, though quick and efficient at the same time. The customer service here is the best, bar none. Going forward Rite Aid will be my new store of a choice and this store in particular. How often do you go out to do mundane errands and walk out of a store with a good feeling and huge smile on your face.

This Rite Aid is not only the best Rite Aid I’ve been to, but the best drug store I’ve shopped at. I stop by here after work often. Jamie and Jessica are fantastic. They go above and beyond to make sure the items I regularly buy are in stock and on the shelf. Every interaction I’ve had with staff/cashiers have been friendly. 5 stars are not enough!

Best Rite Aid I have ever been to. This review is specifically for the pharmacy. Amanda and another older woman were helping me today deal with a prescription issue. They were both educated on the process and extremely helpful. They signed me up for the test message option which my previous pharmacy did not. I am making this my new location to receive medications. The young man working the counter today even greeted me at the door with a smile. Highly recommend. Top tier customer service.

Ran into an amazing cashier after my pharmacy visit who commented on my Disney shirt and explained her favorite was Mulan. How it happened I don't know, but we started singing songs from Mulan and it was one of the best shopping experiences!!

I usually go to CVS, but my local CVS closed. I decided to go to Rite Aid, which is across the street from my CVS. I’m glad I went. I forgot that they carried so many different items. I was in a hurry, but saw some holiday items I want to get. I’ll be back!

I just wanted to call and say how wonderful the Pharmacist was I had taken my kids in to get covid shots and they are terrified to get them and my youngest was running all over the store and screaming and really making a seen. She was patient with him and never ever got mad at any of my boys and we almost walked out without getting one for the youngest and she Changed his mind. Needless to say my boys only want to see her from now on to get their shots! I didn't have to hold them down or anything.

I had to pick up a couple things on Thanksgiving and Jamie was a gem! She helped not only me but some difficult customers with joy and a smile. Working on the holiday is never fun & she was so upbeat and calm and collected. Thank you Jamie

I live down the street and frequently patronize this location. The staff is excellent and there is a young lady who is a manager there that is always extremely helpful and a pleasure to deal with. Whether it is for prescriptions, a bottle of wine or just an unhealthy snack craving, I will continue to be a customer here.

The pharmacist, Beth, was so nice, helpful, and fast. So many other pharmacies have some kind of complex where they have no concept of customer service. Beth was wonderful.

The store itself is well stocked and clean, but painfully dated to the late 80's, early 90's. You can tell the Rite Aid has given up and are just going to ride it out without making any significant investment in their stores.

This rite aid is the best rite aid of ALL rite aids. It’s not everyday you go to your local rite aid to pick up some beer and leave wanting to take your $5 in change to the zoo to enjoy a day full of fun…and beer. GREAT RITE AID.

I have been going to this pharmacy location since it first opened a long long time ago. They have been the mainstay in Rochester for a long time. As Rite Aid, they excel, especially the pharmacy - always going the extra mile for you especially if you want generics at the lowest cost.
They have very good selections for a broad range of things in shopping.

I would like to say that the staff at this place is awesome! I was greeted and I could not believe the friendliness from them they help me find exactly what I was looking for.. I know that I can only give them a five star rating but I would like to add one extra star and give them a six star rating!

The whole Plaza got a "face-lift". Rite aid is now Green lettering on white background. Same right side, just new sign. Good store. Clean. Covid strict. This location is right off Walton Boulevard directly across street from Rochester High School.

Very kind staff. Allowed me to use their restroom though they do not offer public restrooms and I was not a paying customer- also nowhere near home. I am sorry I didn’t get her name. Thank you again!

I get my medications here all the time and I never had any problems so this is my favorite rite aid and plus sometimes I have to make late night trips because my work hours doesn't end until 9. So I very much appreciate that they open til 10, better than the rite aid I live by, which close so early I don't even bother.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. They also had both the Pfizer and Moderna covid booster vaccine.

Best pharmacy! They are quick, friendly and made getting my shots easy!
