Im in AnnArbor helping a hospitalized family member, so Ive had no idea about this area.
This CVS has gone above the call of duty with regards to being kind, great customer service, filling two of my out of state scripts, and helping me find items I couldn't have found without their help. They were nothing but helpful and kind. Thanks!

I recently filled a prescription at the Plymouth Road CVS and I was happy with the experience. The pharmacy staff were friendly and attentive, and they had my prescription ready on time and as described by my healthcare provider.

I had a very serious issue with my stomach. There was a rejection that would not allow my med to be filled. The pharmacist Nour fixed it with ease. Her attitude was amazing and comforting in my time of pain. I truly appreciate her and her professionalism!

This is my regular CVS Pharmacy and I've never had an issue filling my prescriptions here. Recently, I've run into issues with medication shortages but I know that isn't the fault of this location.

This is one of the best CVS locations because they always have everything in stock and their customer service is the best!

We moved to Ann Arbor about a month ago and CVS has been a life saver!! Great staff, pharmacy and photo! They are fast, efficient and have a wide variety of household, personal care and other items.

This is by far the best drugstore around! I have shopped here since it has opened and will continue to do so. The managers and employees are hardworking and friendly. I love the staff- they always have a smile for me and are quick to assist with ANY request. The store is ALWAYS neat and orderly and they do their best to accommodate you when the aisle has a pallet of stock that has to be put up.
One reviewer thought the parking lot was bad. Nope. It's in a very convenient location so it's a busy place, hence a busy parking lot! Thank you CVS on Plymouth Road. You are guys are awesome!

We went for two flu shots after calling to make sure they were available. The pharmacist who answered the phone was helpful and courteous. It took no time at all to get the shots, and the pharmacist who administered them was friendly and professional.

Best CVS I’ve ever used. A competitor I used quit carrying a generic med I take daily. They found it for me at this CVS. I was on my 3rd call looking for the brand when this store called to tell me my rx was filled and waiting to be picked up. I was impressed. Thank you.

I just want to say that the staff at this store has always been so pleasant and helpful to our family! Just the other day Dakota helped me with a photo question and went out of his way to make this an easy chore. The manager and front staff are wonderful also!

Pharmacy fast and efficient, staff friendly and helpful, good product selection and good location. Coming from out of state, I was impressed 👌🏼

The pharmacy is always busy, but the workers go out of their way to be helpful. I don't understand the bad reviews, either.
