The UPS Store

Just some pushback on the low reviews here! I've been going to this location for years and have never had an issue with return packages. There is rarely a long line. They print receipts on request. The notary service (which I have only used once, to be fair) is perfectly fine.

The staff aren't actively *friendly* here, but no one has ever treated me rudely or otherwise made me feel uncomfortable returning.

It took me 2 mins to drop the package at the store and they staff was super friendly and nice

Super convenient & friendly staff who run a clean store! I come in mostly to just drop off packages that are good to go, but they're happy to help if you need more. Parking can get a bit tight during busy times, but their hours are more generous :)

Took a bulky item that needed to be packaged and sent to Ohio last Friday. I put no rush on it, but it was a Christmas gift for a child. Staff were very accommodating & pleasant and I was in store for about 5 minutes total. Reasonable charge & when I looked at tracking on Monday, the item was already delivered.!!! Kudos. I’m so pleased

Staff have always given clear explanations, been very courteous, and my line wait has been minimal.

I have used this store many, many times since it switched over from Mailboxes Plus.
I find the service polite, the rates as expected (really, I'd love them lower, but...), and the packages I've sent arrive on time and in good shape.

I'm not sure what the fuss is about. Each time I have been into this store the staff have been polite, efficient and fast. They are there as a business and not a social club and behave accordingly. I have no complaints, they get the job done and that's all I require. Thank you!

Parked in 15 minute slot; took only 15 seconds.

Had an Amazon return and made sure to come with 1) the original packing (undamaged box it came in) and 2) the shipping code (ready to scan on my phone), and it was the smoothest and fastest experience I've ever had in a shipping store.

Amazon emails the receipt; don't ask for one—you won't get one.

The people were friendly and helpful. Waiting line was short around 09:00 AM.

This is the only UPS store I will go to for shipping and printing services. The guys that work here are friendly and go out of their way to help me (and others) save money while still getting my package there safely. They seem to put up with a lot of customers blaming them for Amazon stuff and they don't even work for them! I have no qualms with going here and recommend it to anyone who wants an honest, friendly interaction.

I’ve been to this store dozens of times for the past 5 years. I don’t remember any negative encounters. The staff is always professional and courteous. It does get busy sometime at this age of e-commerce, but in terms of wait time it’s light year faster than USPS on Green Rd…

This place is amazing. I appreciate all the help every time I’ve been in there. I admire the way they help as best they can with the limitations that have been put in place. It’s too bad others can’t see it or understand that Amazon’s free returns don’t include the packaging all the time. I saw quite a few people in front of me be snippy to the employees as if it was their fault. Maybe take that up with Amazon? These guys are just doing their job. Keep up the amazing work!

I was in and out in less than 5 minutes. It only took that long because I had to pull up the QR code for my amazon return. The staff were helpful and on point. Will return.

I had multiple Amazon drop offs. Luckily, the gentlemen at the store were kind enough to help me sort out which ones needed packaging and which didn’t as Amazon didn’t make it very clear. The workers were obviously busy but still helped even though they aren’t Amazon employees. I appreciate their hard work and kindness.

We have been going to this UPS store for the past 18 or 19 years. My husband and I are there frequently. These guys are amazing. They are friendly and helpful. I always enjoy going in because I know they will be able to help me with with what I need. I have never had a problem of any type with this location.

Charlie here was awesome! He explained to me why He couldn’t accept my 2 Amazon returns and helped me call them. He was patient and friendly and chatted with me while I spent an hour in the store talking to 5 different Amazon workers, none of which could help me. When I came back the next day because Amazon finally decided to assist me, he was happy to see I was able to get my issue resolved and friendly again! I appreciate his awesome customer service and would totally come back to this store again!

They were expedient, polite, and informative! I'll come back to this location when I'm in the area for sure :)

Not sure what everyone else is talking about I’ve never had an issue returning Amazon packages here. Staff is always nice to me.

I usually just use this store for return drop offs, but today I had to ship a package on my dime for the first time in a long time. The clerk was fast and professional. He was not pushy about up-selling or anything, and I like that a lot.
