AT&T Store

I usually never go in stores because it’s always a hassle. However, this was nothing like that. If you are a AT&T customer and have not seen Brandon and all the other staff on Monticello ave in Williamsburg Va, you are doing yourself a disservice! The service was absolutely phenomenal. Everything I needed was done in one visit. He listened, and didn’t “push” purchases on me. I left feeling confident in knowing everything I left with was made in good conscience! Thank you Brandon for an awesome store experience!

Karen, Brandon, and Natasha were AMAZING. Their hospitality and professionalism was superb. I was in and out within twenty minutes and everything was hassle-free. They informed me of all the promotions and which one was the best value. Please come to this At&t for all your needs, you will be taken care of! Thank you so much Karen, Brandon, and Natasha!!

Jenny provides the best customer service I ever had anywhere. She helped us understand the whole process of upgrading our phones, and how to use the them. We came back a few times with questions and she was quick to help us every time. She was such a nice person and a joy to do business with. Highly recommend her and Thank her very much.

The whole staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Andrea helped us and was GREAT! Our favorite AT&T store! The staff works well together as a team and they provide excellent customer service!

Jenny is amazing! She knows the products, and is the most effective multi-tasker I've ever seen. Never lost her cool helping several customers at once and everyone was happy!

Today we upgraded 3 phones on our plan and got excellent, professional and caring help through the process with Jenny in the Williamsburg store. She was attentive, very knowledgeable and made sure we were satisfied, a great employee!

Brandon Harris is a very competent and well knowledgeable staff. He is the only reason I’m still with AT $ A. He solves every problem with ease and happily.

I cannot say enough for Brandon. He helped me several years ago and I remember how much time he spent and how he solved a difficult problem. This time he ran every diagnostic test he could to see why my IPad would not receive a signal at home but did so in the store. We subsequently discovered that a cell tower was not operating well but in the meantime I decided I needed a new IPad which he successfully set up for me. He is funny, fun and can multitask like a demon ……. Several customers at once with really complex issues. He is a treasure — make sure you keep him!

WOW it's not often to receive such friendly, personal, and professional customer service these days....but this ATT store knocks it out of the park.

Every time I am in a cell phone store I sympathize with the poor employees who are dealing with people from all different levels of understanding technology! Their job is probably exhausting and tedious, and their nerves must be frazzled every day. Even still, Karen & Brandon treat you like family and you feel like you are the only customer they have. They go absolutely above and beyond dealing with every single customer. They are fast and knowledgeable and if you don't have ATT in the 'Burg, you should switch just for the local service you will get.

They are the type of people that will make me want to stop in and just say "hi" when I'm next door at Starbucks....or bring them coffee! ATT is lucky to have them as representatives for their company

Karen was absolutely wonderful! She is very knowledgeable and professional. She was helped me purchase 2 new devices and set them up! In addition, she was able to get all of my devices on a family plan.

My experience with AT&T has been favorable. The representatives at the Williamsburg office are the best! They helped me resolve my issues in a professional and timely manner and made me aware of ways that I could save money that I did not know. My mobile bill was reduced to almost half of what I was told would be my monthly rate. Nothing but respect for those who really do care and show it.

Brandon, jenny, Natasha are the best. They are THE most competent and friendly staff of any cell phone store I have ever visited.

Fantastic staff and high quality service. I've gotten help from a few but my main salesman I go to is Brandon, he's been helping me with anything I need for the past 3 years. Knowledgeable, professional and patient. This is the only AT&T store i go to and I don't even live in Williamsburg!

I Went to the Willilamsburg store to get assistance with my tablet and I was met by Brandon. I cannot say enough about the spectacular, personalized, and respectful service I received. Brandon definitely went above and beyond to assist me. He was kind, patient and genuine. His sense of humor and personality shine through. I had just met Brandon and it felt like I was hanging out with a friend. This was my first time at this location as I'm from out of town, and the moment Brandon greeted me, I knew that despite the outcome (as my issue wasn't necessarily fixable), he would to everything he could to help me. He absolutely exceeded my expectations. Brandon doesn't rush to get through and provides comprehensive information Even in the midst of trying to help other customers while we were waiting on informaiton from ATT help line, he still managed to make you feel like what you're there for is top priority. He will go far and is a keeper. He is definitely worth investing whatever it takes for him to eventually have a significant leadership role.

My experience was great! I recently went in to purchase a new phone and upgrade my plan. Aaron was awesome!! He looked over my plan and went over everything in detail. He walked me through every step and explained everything so well. I was so surprised to find out he hasn't been with the company for that long because the guy knows everything about at&t. He should be a district manager in my opinion. Very personable too and I couldn't be more thankful!!

I was trying to become a new first time ATT customer, and after having a terrible experience with the call center, I decided to visit a retail store. Best decision ever. From the moment I walked in I was assured that they would fix everything and make it right. Brandon, Karen, and the entire team worked wonders fixing all the screw ups that the call center had made. I left there a happy customer.

I was delighted that Brandon was there to take care of me since he did such an amazing job during our first encounter over a year ago. He remembered me! His customer service skills are great. I felt like we were friends. What a great employee you have! Very personable, polite, and really cares about what the customer needs. I will always return to this store because of the amount of care he put into my transaction.
