This Target location is clean and the workers are very friendly and helpful.

My wife bought some new clothes and home decor. When one item wouldn't ring up, the checkout attendant gave us 50% off!

This Target is a stand out among other Targets. It is neat and clean. The shelves were full and the store is well lit. There is easy and ample parking.

Every Target I go to is clean, its carts are whisper quiet and well maintained, and it's not always playing music (though sometimes...but "not always" is still better than "always"!).

I love the Target in Williamsburg. It is my go to store for almost everything. It is clean, organized, well stocked and friendly. My favorite store...please do not close this store!!!

I stopped by around 6:30 tonight and encountered two very friendly older gentleman, both of which just absolutely made my night. I was having a stressful day, and the fairly short conversations I had with each of them were the highlights of my day! they seemed to care about the customers getting what they needed and genuinely were happy to talk to everyone. I hope management sees this and notices their efforts, if so please thank them for me! the little things matter the most when it comes to customer service

I missed their names but for reference one gentleman has longer white hair, a little above shoulder length and the other was tall and lanky with short white hair, and it was Sunday the 16th :)

I was having a really bad day and needed a new phone. Luke in Tech helped me pick out a good phone. He sensed I was having a bad day. I told him what was going on with me, and we took a walk around the store together and talked through it. I NEEDED that. He really helped me - not only to get a new phone, but to get through my day. It's almost like I got free counseling. Thank you for employing such amazing people. I will never forget that moment.

Found what I was shopping for at Target. Their stores are clean and bright, the staff are friendly and helpful.

It may seem silly to gush about a Target store, but I stopped in to grab a few forgotten items while on vacation and I was so impressed! Each associate I encountered was genuinely friendly. It didn’t feel forced. They helped me locate items or made suggestions if I couldn’t find something specific. The store was very neat and inviting. Overall, it was a great visit!

Make no mistake, those five stars are for the team members, and the team members alone. They made my visit to this location absolutely wonderful, and I'm grateful for their polite and friendly conduct. Of course, it being the holiday season and all, it's understandable that things would be a bit hectic; that's fine, I don't fault anyone at all for that, as the team members were doing above and beyond what most in their situation would. Their hard work is one reason why I decided to write this review, and the other is something I happened to overhear between a manager and some team members. Now, I understand that the holiday season is extremely stressful for those who work in retail. However, that doesn't excuse the language that this manager was using when addressing their team members. They called them lazy, berated them for not keeping up with demand, and were otherwise unrealistic about what they expected out of their employees when said employees were doing the best they could, given the circumstances. In all honesty, this experience soured my shopping experience to the point that I'm not likely to visit any Target in the near future.

To those team members that are still working there, I have this to say; thank you for the hard work that you put into your job. You make the holiday season that much easier on everyone, even if some aren't nearly as grateful as they should be.
And to the managers that treat their employees in this manner, I ask that you take a moment to step back, and reevaluate your approach. Like it or not, these are people that you're speaking to, not machines, and they need to be treated to the same respect and courtesy that you yourself would want to be treated to.

I apologize for how long this review is, but I'd like to take a moment to wish everyone who happens to be reading this a happy holiday season. Remember, be excellent to each other, and always strive to be better. Here's to a new year; one that'll hopefully treat you all well!

I arrived at this Target location 10 minutes before closing (I only had a few item to get). First, I found an employee that led me to the location for each of the items. Then, the cashier let me do two separate transactions and when I forgot the Cartwheels, Kato (another cashier) took the time to correct that issue. Wonderful customer service!

You can tell Target take their cleanliness seriously during this time and always. The store is always clean and never too crowded with merchandise in the aisles. I love Target 10/10 would recommend!
