Ross Dress for Less

I like going to this Ross store the one on Austin highway the employees there are so rude they don't even say hi. This Ross does when you walking in great customer service definitely going back again.

Lovely store. I bought two 3X Size shirts for work for $8.99 each. One with a collar and one without. Both shirts will look great with khakis. They are constantly rotating and turning over inventory so go back another day and there will be fresh inventory. They had plenty of cashiers so checkout was a breeze. The store is very clean but the isles are a bit small. I will definitely be back for the deals.

Shopped at this Ross in wonderland mall really like what they had in stock sweaters ,doggie clothes,gift sets. Some Associates were friendly. Line was a 25 minute wait at check out. I will return back for clearance.

Had most of what we were looking for...and some things we weren't but were pleasantly surprised to find! Liked that their selections weren't as in out of order as most Ross stores are..

Clean... customer service needs some work. The staff seem unhappy and sometimes take it out on the customers; patience is key

Today was a good day! I got welcomed as soon as I walked in the door. The store was stocked and on the plus side things were still nice and organized.

I actually went to two different locations first when was Wonderland mall and they had tons of beautiful high heel shoes at a great price. Had to try Huebner Oaks store and got some great deals time to pair of designer shoes. I been returned to Wonderland and made my final purchase . awesome prices

Integrity! Shopped the day of wedding anniversary late in the evening. Arrived at hotel realized my engagement ring and wedding band were missing from my finger, searched found the band in car. Went straight back to the store searched and asked, nothing was found. Next day hubby went to ask to see if anyone had returned it(he doubted anyone would but went anyway) to his amazement security guard said that an employee had found it and returned it. Wow we were astounded!! Great customer service!!!! Thank God for honest people!!!! Thank you!!!

I found what I was looking for here. I usually find what I need here…only thing is need a better variety of shoes in my size

I love this location although it can get very busy and the line can get quite long. I found so many things for the house and clothing for my family at a very reasonable price. I love my adidas bag i got here for $25. Candle holders for my bedroom at $7.99 a piece, small tables and ceramic planters for uber $20. You can get very carried away shopping here and before you know it...you're buying the whole store! Tip: go during the early part of the week to avoid crowds and get first dips on new shipment.

I went to pick up a package from the Amazon lockers. My package was on the top shelf so I asked a Ross employee for help. He gladly assisted me. Kudos to the Ross employees. Thank you.

I have experienced this on more than one occasion where they target me as a shoplifter even though I will keep cash in my hands so they can clearly see I don't need to steal

Safe distance implemented and cleaning protocols at the counter. Liked the store, great customer service. Lines where long but moved fast, great job cashiers!! 👍🏻👍🏻

Excellent value. Great prices on name brand items. I saved so much money and was able to finish my Christmas shopping without going broke!

This location seems to have a good selection of items.
