A huge thank you to Cody Esparza, the sales specialist in the appliance department, for providing excellent customer service. We needed a new refrigerator and he patiently answered our many questions. The next day we returned to make a purchase, and my husband asked if there were any other ways to save money. Cody remembered they had the same style refrigerator we wanted in the clearance section for 50% off, unopened in the box. We love our new fridge and it makes us feel even better knowing the price was within our estimated budget. I tried to send feedback through the receipt to thank Cody, but unfortunately my receipt didn't come with a survey link or ID number. I hope this review relays our heartfelt thank you to Cody for the outstanding customer service, his patience, and the value we experienced while shopping at Lowe's. You should give this employee a raise and promotion!

It's my favorite Lowe's. Lots of parking, ease of access in and out of the parking lot once you're done. I have always found what l was looking for. I don't usually buy too much (just a few items at a time) but this store always seems to have what I need. The only caveat to this is that once you're ready to check out, they only have one lane open inside and it is self checkout, so if this place is busy then you will probably wait in line a bit. I try to visit at times when they would be less busy, and mostly l'm through the line pretty quickly. The garden center has someone at checkout, and the line can be long there. Either way, l like going here.

Nestor was very, very helpful when we were looking at flooring. He was willing to answer all our questions and was very knowledgeable about the products they had in stock and helped us find the best deal. He was genuinely interested in helping us and we left feeling very good about our purchase. Don't see many employees like that anymore, it was very refreshing.

My lowes always has what I need. And now they are offering a FREE LOYALTY REWARDS PROGRAM! so I get points for every dollar I spend and than get free stuff, sometimes even free money! Perfect! Let's go shopping!

Excellent customer service: Jessica Solano at the PRO-desk was super helpful when I set up my credit business account; she was knowledgeable and answered all my questions.

I've been to multiple Lowes and at this location, I have to say there was a standout employee that went above and beyond. A gentleman named Francis helped my dad out and I was blown away by his efforts. He really gave us that old school vibe of customer service. He was so involved and genuinely wanted to help every step of the way. I had to give him recognition for his efforts. I personally don't come across someone that makes me want to rush home and give an immediate review, but today I did. Keep it up Lowes, great job for our family today! This was the Callaghan location FYI if it doesn't show up as that on review.

The workers there were all so helpful. The elderly gentleman made sure I found wverything I needed. Nice job Lowe’s hiring people who actally care

This place is incredible. They have everything you need for home repairs and new construction. Even things to decorate your home with. I love going to this store.

Lowe's has everything you need. But sometimes you have to look for somebody to help you in a different department. And I bought a washer and dryer but the guy didn't explain what kind of cord was included. I found out later on and had to call an electrician to install the right outlet in my home.

A lady named Jackolin and one named Heaven were just two of a very helpful staff at this location. Thank you all so very much for your help

Love their selection on certain things that Home Depot doesn't have. But I still go to both but I feel like Lowe's has a better selection when it comes to plant's IMO.

Whether I order online for pickup or go inside the garden center, everyone is so helpful and friendly. If I need information or ask where to find something, the associates are eager to help. They'll take me to the product I'm looking for instead of pointing and saying what aisle to look on. Their plants are always in great shape as opposed to other garden centers. Prices are competitive and, in many cases, less expensive. I'm going to return for more items next week.

Store is always clean. They have better lamps, faucets and other selections better than home depot. A little bit more expensive, but selections are better.

Microwave went caput....found a decent replacement, bing bam boom....the kids eat again🤣

I have always found what I needed. Don’t like that self check out has got to go I had to check myself out and then you wanna check my bag

Convenient location...I play them against Home Depot...one better for something's, one better for others.

Is the great store with very good customer service and an amazing selection of items. I highly recommend this store, it was not crowded and employees went out of their way to assist you with whatever it is you need it here
