The first off I want to thank the manager for deescalating the situation.

There were two cashiers of course I don't know that the cashier that I had walked up to very kindly I had asked for a return on a mounted charger that was defective.

It was in its box like it should be the top part of the box was ripped sure I wasn't planning on returning it I thought it would work.

I have returned a few things in my time to Burlington as I am a regular Shopper when it comes to clothes mostly and a charger sometimes.

The cashier asked the other cashier if they take returns like this. She said I don't know. Then the new cashier pointed to the top of the charger the sticky part that goes on the dashboard as it was slightly dirty apparently from the very first time that I used it when I realized it was defective. The other cashier that she had asked then said probably not I don't know. She said not like that. I asked her I said what do you mean like that I said it's in its Packaging. And that cashier said well she's doing it for you so I mean I could call the manager and he would probably not allow you to return it. I said excuse me there is nothing wrong with it it was simply used for a second and it was defective and I put it back in its box I said that would be going against your return policy. She then told me not to speak to her put her hand up at me I said you're being rude and she said no you're being rude I said throw in your hand up at me and tell me not to talk to you is rude I said you obviously don't know about customer service do you. I then took my camera out at this point to take a photo and video of the situation as I have that right here in Texas considering this is a one-party state. She started cursing at me telling me not to take a photo that she's going to call the police on me and I said look I said you can call the police it's a one-party State I haven't committed a crime and I have every right to take my camera out and at that point the manager came by. The manager told her right away to go take a break. He was very apologetic to me and right away completed the return didn't see any issues with what I was trying to do. Thank you Mr. Manager. He explained to me that a lot of these workers are brand new and that he will have a talk with her . He was apologetic.

I love this place! You can find anything at the best prices. You need a gift an have no idea on a low budget....Come here!!! Need a last minute outfit....Come here!!! Are you looking for organic, compostable and eco friendly products.....COME HERE!!!!! Kudos to them for investing on smarter better products.

All clothes of all season but the lines are killing people they are to long then when you need to go to the restroom they are either closed or just really really nasty. Restrooms should be open to the public regardless and it's really hard to get anyone to help you there for the restroom.

I was at the store 6hours ago and I managed to lose my left hand leather glove, management took my contact information so they can call me, Left the store and I realized I dropped my phone at the store, I rushed to the store and the store security returned my phone, what a relief. Burlington is TOPS in my book. Ty Management

Not sure if there's any changes started to go there 2 years ago its beautiful I'm from San Antonio I travel there because it's clean, no homeless people, and I feel safe there

My favorite place to shop! The prices are always more than reasonable and they carry big and tall sizes for people that need shirts that are bigger and longer than a 3XL. It's literally a one stop shopping place. You can find kitchen utensils, electronics, luggage, signs and paintings to decorate your house or apartment, and even some furniture.

They open until midnight on Friday night which is great for shopping things after work

The elevator was not working so the store manager carried my purchases and stood in front of me on the escalator. They definitely go above and beyond anything you could possibly expect!

Good deals and a huge selection. Usually pretty busy
