I've been to numerous McDonald's locations in San Antonio, and this one has the FRESHEST fries. The locations is very clean, and the staff is very friendly. My sincerest thanks to the afternoon manager on Sunday 4.21.2024 for letting me use the WiFi to work for a couple of hours. Highly recommend this location!!

I ordered counter pick up to-go and the food tasted a lot closer to how it used to be. I got my food within 5 minutes of ordering and everything was accurate. I was impressed! Not my local McD but wishing it was.

Very fast drive thru, always freshly made, this team is literally THE BEST EVER. I would go to WAR for them because they are AMAZING. Morning team is fast and furious and their night team is friendly and patient! Everyone deserves raises!

Kiosks can take some trial and error, but the staff treated me really well and the food had a lot of taste!

Staff was neat and clean.
Store was tidy and well lit.
Product was perfect.

Didn’t have to wait long to get my curbside order, the lady who walked in the rain and handed me my food was super nice and friendly. I would definitely go here again

Absoluelty stellar service from Charles...truly cared and had the best smile! Brought the food out curbside and had the tray of sauces and ketchup. Food was absolutley piping hot and all correctly prepared. Only negative, the fries were super super hot, but needed another 20 seconds in the grease. But the rest was amazing!

Very professionally run establishment. Bathrooms were clean and The food is always hot and Fresh. Kudos to Mgmt and Staff

I've worked here at this location for 3 years straight and during Covid 19 times. I appreciate y'all giving me the opportunity to grow as a man. Letting me have the opportunity to be where I am with my growth and my journey in life. I appreciate the old coworkers and the new ones who continue to work here.

Stopped in for a quick lunch and was very impressed with this location! Hot tasty food and really nice employees. When I was finished, an employee Maria T. asked me if I’d like a bag for my fries that I didn’t finish. I thought that was incredibly nice; I just have never had this level of service at McDonalds before. Kinda shocked to be honest. A+ service!

I went to this location to pick up a mobile order today at 8:15pm and I wanted to recognize an absolute rockstar employee. I didn’t get his name but he has pine tree tattoos on his right arm. He was bagging food, taking orders, and making fries all at the same time. Although everyone was moving fast, he was moving consistently at an incredible pace and had a great attitude. He clearly has great work ethic and I hope he gets a promotion soon!

This location is consistently busy, but with the mobile app, you're in and out with no problem. Consistently gets the order accurately and quick, in spite of the often long lines. Friendly and diligent employees create an optimal fast food experience.

Amanda (I believe that is her name) always makes my day when I stop by for lunch (which is often) She turns my bad day into a great day after my visit to McDonald's, she always has a smile on her face and something positive or funny to say. This girl deserves employee of the month due to her customer service as a drive thru cashier. Keep up the good work.

I love this location out of many I eat at. Blanco and west location has absolutely awesome service! I really enjoy and appreciate Daniel Stifanos's great attitude that cheers me up when I'm down and cuts up appropriatly with me when I'm up. We have good times either way.
Rosemary is awesome and makes every meal cheerful with her great smiles and cheerful spirit. She makes sure my table is clean and makes McDonald's a very pleasant experience. James in maintenance is always working hard to keep the fryers clean and pressure washed the parking lot superbly! He is like a pastor to me and pastors to me sometimes as he is on break or pressure washing. The others are great also and make McDonald's my favorite place to eat breakfast! Great job management! It's going back to it's hay day I'm I'm here for the taste and toys

This location is on it!!! I visit here about once every other week, and I only get about 30 mins for lunch. My order is always correct, and they are fast! It's nice to get back to work and still have plenty of time to eat my lunch. The staff is always very friendly too.

THIS MCDONALD'S was friendly. Order was accurately made. Fries were fresh and delicious. Every other McDs in SA area in my experience are not this good. Drive thru was busy, but took less than 5 minutes from completing the order to receiving food.

•The quarter pounder it's juicy and fresh. Even when you order it with only bread and cheese, the juices stays in the bread with all flavors.
•Bread it's soft and fresh.
•When I get a plain mcdouble I like how tender the taste are combined.
+++my favorite it's the quarter pounder with regular steam buns.
