I have been going to different Ross’ trying to find a certain item and by far this Ross was THE MOST cleanest, nicest, most organized store I have ever been to. It was not crazy and chaotic like the others I went to. The manager I spoke with was friendly! Kudos to that store and it’s employees who really are doing their job.

For some reason, I find that this location has way better and more options versus others.

It amazes me how I can find a blouse here that is a fraction of a cost that it would be somewhere else.

The changing rooms are a bit cozy but they have a lot of changing rooms. They even added fitting rooms right near the cashier station. I hadn’t seen that anywhere else.

Our cashier Sandy was very helpful and made our visit delightful.

I was at Ross Saturday night and came across a item that I couldn’t refuse best Price

The store has returned to its normal stock. I was so happy, I didn't have a cart big enough! The full stock applies to all departments. The cashier who checked me out at 9:00 pm, was super friendly and helpful. She was just as fresh, full of energy and pleasant as if her shift just started. The employee at the front door, another story. I've gotten used to and missed "Welcome to Ross!". Overall, perfect experience.

I don't usually shop at Ross Dress for Less and have only been in the store in McAllen. This store in San Antonio was so well organized and very clean and spacious unlike the one in McAllen which is always nasty.

This was the most organized Ross for Less store I have ever been to. It was super clean and tidy. No opened packages. The lady at the jewelry counter was very sweet and helpful. Plus they abiding by the COVID-19 guidlines so I felt super safe. A wonderful 4 star experience. I will surely be back when I'm in town again. The excellent customer service was very much appreciated.

I've always loved shopping at Ross, but this is by far my favorite location to come. Everything is very easy to find and we'll organized.

Good stuff and good prices

I don't get out much...I order online a lot, but when I do go out this is my go to store. I love ross and I recommend it to everyone.

This is seriously one of the cleanest most organized Ross stores I've ever been too. I'm very used to the ones where everything is thrown on the floors or shoved haphazardly back onto shelves. For this location though, you can really tell they actually go through each day to arrange everything and face items and I definitely appreciate it.

I usually don't need help or ask for assistance so it is nice to be asked only once by employees, rather than feeling harassed. Plus, every time I have overheard them communicating with one another to coordinate breaks or tasks, they all seem in good moods and respectful!

Selection here isn't always as good as other locations but I still prefer it simply because I don't have to dig through everything nearly as much in the hope I find what I want because it is all laid out neatly. Much easier to glance and move on.

Of course the men's section is a bit more lacking, but I think that is the same with most locations in my experience.

Homegoods is awesome! Doesn't matter if I don't need anything, I always browse because there are such good cheap storage options, neat knickknacks, and I have found things I have seen advertised for way more online sp many times! (These diamond shelves for example)

I would definitely recommend this Ross location over the 410/Northstar location ANY day!

Nice large variety of women, men and children clothings. Toys, home goods and many accessories. One of the best Ross I have been to. Store is well maintained and organized. Staff were pleasant and helpful.

I will always love this store. Go in the evening if you want to skip lines. This store was clean, organized, and the customer service was great.

Give Ross store Credit for late hours OPEN being disable I was able to find a beautiful dress for my 60th birthday, and the price was $11.99... I spend hours at the mall...dillards, macy's, ...the dresses way over price... some of your dresses I saw at your store for $29.99... compare to $139.00 and more...mall store closes by 7pm....I had to Rush, Rush, Rush,...came home empty handed.
ROSS...thank you for those low price and late hours. 🤩...again!

Great store, surprisingly very well organized! It opens until 22:00 so it's a lot easier if you have to go after work. Staff was very nice and attentive.

Always love shopping here. Great bargains at reasonable prices. Merchandise changes quickky which meant a popular place to shop.

They had what i wanted.but it was cash only so i had to go to the ATM to get cash...

I did some of my Christmas shopping there. I was very pleased with the prices on the items that I found. The staff there was very friendly from the time I entered the building. I will definitely do more shopping there.
