Had an issue over the phone trying to return a warranty phone back to claims. I was getting nowhere. But Alta here at the store stayed with it and after several transfers from one department to another, he finally got I taken care of for me. I couldn’t have done it without him. A real pro. Thanks

For 3 weeks, my S22 Ultra couldn't make calls or use data, even with full 5G bars. I wanted to throw my phone out the window! I walked in, and Juan fixed the issue really quickly! I was locked out of my iPhone since 5am and another AT&T store denied me assistance, I came to this store who had several customers waiting with only 2 reps. I received excellent customer service at this store yesterday. Needed to upgrade my phone after three years. Alta, my rep, went over promotions, specs on different phones, and what my bill would be after the upgrade. Alta is very familiar with Apple products, which was helpful because i ended up switching from my Andriod to an iPhone, after many years of resisting the cult lol! Alta helped me transfer all my data and set-up my new iphone too. Thanks, Alta, for your great service and keep up the good work! The manager, Brandon, was also helpful and friendly. Thanks team!

Edit***Ohh, forgot to mention I first accidentally went to the AT&T desk at Target (around the corner from this store) and the AT&T rep there tried to gaslight me lol. She refused to tell me where the "real" AT&T store was and kept saying i was already there! thankfully a target employee told me it was around the corner near the Whataburger.

I came in with questions on my phone bill, Brandon helped me right away and got everything taken care of, he was very friendly and patient with myself and with my grandma when she was asking questions about fiber.
Will definitely be coming back and asking for him .

I went to this store for the first time to upgrade my phone. Both Joe and Alyssa helped me. They were both courteous, friendly and very helpful. I especially liked Alyssa. She went above and beyond to make sure my phone was ready and also protected. Ask for her when you visit the store. Erica was wonderful too!

Brandon was Great with helping me get set up with my new Samsung and watch after damaging my phone. Did not rush the process and made sure I well taken care of. Definitely will be back for my next purchase.
