CVS

I went in to pick up some prescriptions and pharmacist was so helpful. One of my prescriptions was not covered and he helped me find the best discount card to use. He also looked what the prices were if I bought it over the counter at Sam’s and Costco. He didn’t have to do all that and I really appreciate it.

Quick n easy have my coupons and discounts given are remarkable and help save me money.

This past Friday, I went on a search for medicine for my son. The major grocer's pharmacy has been out for a month and has no clue on when they would restock. CVS has my son's meds so I went after work. When I got there, the major grocer here has the health insurance on lock which means you can only buy from their pharmacy regardless. There's no system for overrides and nothing in place for an emergency. So where everything is supposed to be better is truly a nightmare for me as a mother.

When I got to the CVS on Fred Road, the Pharmacy Tech and Pharmacist were so kind. They spent at least 30 minutes on the phone with the insurance company and kept me up to date. The pharmacist took his time calling different stores to see if they had any. Of course, they were out and had no clue when it would return. It's kind of ridiculous that the major grocer has a contract that prevents their employees from looking elsewhere for important medications. They do not own the medication so why restrict it to your store?

The pharmacist and pharmacy technician did a wonderful job! The medicine was originally $300 but they found a lower price of $50 with the Good Rx card. They both went the extra step to make sure my son had his meds.

I'm in customer service so I know how hard it is. You can't make everyone happy, but this men went above and beyond and I can't thank them enough!

CVS is a good Drug Store and it has most of the medical supplies that you want and or need for both your home and your business too 🔥🥰🥰😎🔥🔥🔥💋💋🥰🔥😎!

I am so pleased! My elderly mother just relocated to San Antonio and has been overwhelmed with our big city. She is a small town girl. The last 2 trips to this CVS has shown her a kind and friendly side of San Antonio. The staff welcomed her to the neighborhood and Dave was extra attentive. The store is bright and clean and has everything she needsand plenty of helpful staff to assist her if need be. I am now a loyal CVS customer. Thank you CVS for helping my mom feel at home.

Denise a pharmacy tech was very helpful on the phone even though they were closing soon. Did not rush me at all and provided additional info on their Rewards programs. Some would have said we can tell you more when you come in and I have had that happen,

My mom and i go couponing here all the time, and we love it. Feel very comfortable going in, there is one girl that we get along with really well. Do not know her name but she's nice, helpful, and patient(:
