Mattress Firm Shakopee

We picked Mattress Firm to do our mattress shopping because they appeared to have a nice variety of mattresses in one location and you wouldn’t have to cover acres of retail space to shop. We were not disappointed! Excellent environment to shop. But then, to top that, our salesman Cody was out of this world! He was patient, knowledgeable, informative, did I say patient? No pressure sales pitch, really helped steer us to some wonderful choices as he helped us pinpoint the things important to our needs. I would definitely shop here again and highly recommend!
The delivery went great also. Angel and Manuel were great, waited for me, (I move pretty slow) to check the height of the platform installation. They were quick, efficient, pleasant/friendly, neat and courteous!

My experience at the Shakopee mattress firm was nothing short of excellent. It was my first time buying a new mattress, and Cody walked me through every step of the process. I never felt rushed, and I never felt like I was being taken advantage of. The sales person asked us if we needed any help, he listened to our needs and showed us our many options and discussed the differences between them and explained everything very well. We were moving and wanted to upgrade our mattress with our new home. We decided to return to Mattress Firm in Shakopee as we had purchased here before 7 years prior. Casey M. was our sleep expert and showed us several options based on they type of mattress we were looking for. Casey was patient and showed us several options and there was no upselling us into something that was out of our price range. The whole process was very smooth and we will be getting our new mattress delivered in a few days thanks to Casey. I would highly recommend seeing him at the Shakopee location if you are in the market for a new mattress. We will definitely return as we upgrade the mattresses in other rooms.

Wow, Mattress Firm should be your first and only stop for mattress shopping. Casey was very knowledgeable with every brand of mattress and shared the info with us, when we wanted to know more! He also was very respectful of our decision making to pick the right one for us, he gave us time to talk privately to make our decision. Purchasing a mattress from first time in the door to leaving with paperwork was seamless! A must stop, and only stop. Casey the best! 👍

We went in to look at a mattress I had seen on their website. Casey listened to the current sleeping issues I have and when through several options. Ended up with a nice mattress that would be a better fit for me and a great adjustable base. During the whole process Casey was great at explaining differences and benefits without pressuring us to pick a particular mattress over another. Couldn’t be happier with the treatment at the store and looking forward to delivery of our new bed.

Wanted to take advantage of the sale so stopped after work. Saw one on line, but really needed to test it before taking the dive. Cody walked me around the store to get a feel of the I saw on line, they didn't have that one in the store, but showed me similar density. Glad I test drove, the one on line would have been to firm. So was between 2, one was $300 less than the other and decided for the little bit more go with one that felt more like what I wanted. I haven't received it, should arrive in a few weeks. Hope it's all I am praying for.
