JOANN Fabric and Crafts

I stopped at JoAnn Fabrics to pick up a couple items for a project. I have very rarely visited a fabric and crafts store. The staff was absolutely incredible and helpful. They directed me to the proper rows and I was able to locate my needs quickly. Leona, who cut the fabric, is an absolute gem!

I came in here looking to get info on a sewing machine. Talked to Monica in the sewing department and she gave me so much information on what brand would be best for a newbie like me. Purchased it and it sat, for months, due to lack of ambition in starting a new hobby. Fast forward a few months and i decide to finally use it. Get it all setup and struggle with figuring out the bottom bobbin. Called the store to see if i could come in and have them help me. Figured my machine was broken or something. Michelle told me to bring it in anytime after 130 and she would help me through it. I came in, she walked me through it and come to find out i purchased the wrong size bobbins for the machine. She taught me how to correctly thread it, ahowed me that the machine has a self thread device and got me the correct bobbins for future use. Ive never received this amazing of service anywhere else. These 2 ladies were so amazing and helpful each time ive been in.

Great selection of fabrics and crafts! I enjoy going here, the staff are friendly and helpful. Especially on types of fabrics to use for projects. A few quilt tops I have done in the last few months.

My favorite store to go to! I'm all into crafts, and this place is heaven for people like me. I was searching for some fabrics last time I visited, unfortunately did not find what I wanted, but got madly inspired and bought other things :p here are some pictures of pretty fabrics the store carries:)

I love this store, this is my happy place. Although the provided wheelchair is not the best (one foot keeps falling off) they do what they can to keep the store in amazing shape. I barely ever have issues navigating around this store and I love their selections for yarn and fabric!

I came in with a list of yardage for fabrics and just needed to pick out coordinating things for a "Mystery Quilt". I scored! Everything was beautiful, on sale, and the workers were patient with me while I decided how much to get of everything.

I love it here! Staff is all incredibly friendly and helpful. They really make an effort to get to know you and what your projects are like. They're also not as cheap as Michael's with coupons and try to make sure you're getting the best deal. Highly recommend using the app to save more!

I went here to get some fabric for my Mom to make some face masks and the price were pretty reasonable. Forty to 50% off on most items and I also got multiple coupons to use for using the app as well. Overall it was a good experience. Recommended.

Great service, and helpful staff and have even helped me manage the coupon app. They are always so kind as to ask what I'm sewing. The shelves are well stocked and organized.

Love this store! If you love doing arts and crafts like me, this is the store to go to! They have so many crafty items as well as decor for your house. Plus they always have coupons! And who doesn't like coupons!?

Love Joann for lots of things. The remodeled store wasn't my favorite layout at first, but once I figured it out, I love the changes!

I like this location a lot better than the Edina one. The workers are extremely friendly and they are well stocked
