Slumberland Furniture

Matthew was fabulous and so personable! I came in to get a great deal on a recliner during Presidents Day Sale and had the best experience! I will continue to make my furniture purchases at the Shakopee store ☺

I was pleasantly greeted by Matthew Chapiewski the moment I walked into Slumberland! He listened to what I was looking for in a recliner. It had to have controls on the left side, or be fully automatic, for me to be able to use it post right rotator cuff surgery. Matthew found three great recliners from which I could choose. The one I bought was loaded for me into my Tahoe, and I took it home with me same day. It is perfect!

Paul (manager) was extremely helpful and provided amazing customer service; Timothy(Dan) was also very supportive in getting me the best deals on the floor. A very good team overall, they have definitely got themselves a good rating and continued patronage from me.

Salesman was very helpful! He directed us to the correct section of the store, and gave us some initial information then gave us time to explore and talk between ourselves. He checked in a few times over the hour we were exploring but definitely gave us enough time to figure out what we wanted without feeling pressure or like we had to go searching for someone to answer our questions!

The sales staff, and particularly Kevin, were extremely friendly and knowledgeable. As always, I left Slumberland satisfied!

Friendly, didn’t bother me while I was looking around. Once I chose a recliner, he gave me $100 off when I showed him my $25 coupon. Purchase was fast and easy

Our salesman Tom was great! He answered all our questions and helped pick out the best mattress and bed for our son. He also followed up when the delivery date was near. All items were delivered on time without any problems. If you shop at Slumberland in Shakopee , we highly recommend Tom! Thank you for a great experience.

Slumberland in Shakopee was our first stop. They had a great variety of beds… Paul M. was great & very patient with us. He spent so much time with us going over everything & gave us space when we needed it.
No pressure…easy decision! Delivery was under 2 weeks & the guys were great as well!

I was pleased that I was greeted by a sales man, he asked if I was looking for something in particular or just browsing, I told him I was looking for an end table but was going to look around. He didn't follow me around, which was nice.

I went in the store looking for something specific. Tom Andersen assisted me to find just what I was looking for. I updated my Slumberland credit and made the purchase. I've always had the best results shopping at slumberland. Their products last have lasted for years and years of constant use at my house. I recommend them.

I was allowed to take my time to look, compare and evaluate the construction and materials the piece of furniture I purchased. Questions were answered to the best of the salesperson’s ability. Very good experience.

Went there to look for furniture. I actually enjoyed being to look around and not be bothered by sales people. The manager was Awesome and very helpful!

I looked at several stores for tables. This is the last piece to my living room. Many store were not helpful. Others lacked items I was looking for. Went to Slumberland in Shakopee and Matt greeted us. He let me look (no pressure - which I like as I need to look first) and when I found a fireplace console/table set. Was very friendly and knowledgeable about items. Happen to have a great sale going on. Excited to get items in a few weeks.

I had done my homework on lift recliners, specifically at Slumberland , but also other sites, so I knew what I was looking for to fit our needs. The salesperson, Dan, helped me locate what I wanted and was knowledgeable on fabrics, working the chair and how to get the service I needed. Very easy, friendly and comfortable transaction !
