Have not been in a Lowe's for years. Today came to store only because ACE hardware didn't have lawnmower I have been looking for. Lowe's is one of those huge warehouse stores selling everything. It's well organized. I found my merchandise super quickly and did fast transaction at self checkout.

I wanted to give a shout out to Bryce & Bill! Their customer service went above and beyond today, I had a huge issue with my paint at no fault of anyone particularly and they were so helpful & kind. They asked questions & gave lots of advice and suggestions & chatted while we waited for paint to mix! Lowe’s is very lucky to have these men!

I love that the website tells you where to find items. Used their website to find a present for my uncle fast. Also had several friendly interactions with staff asking me if I needed help finding something.

I didn't mean to buy an Ego 28" snow blower and the Power Nexus tonight, but I did, and I have Steve to "blame".
I think more people that have bad experiences write reviews than people that have good experience so hopefully this helps offset that. Joking aside, I do have to say that Steve provided outstanding customer service. From the time that he greeted us, to answering questions during small, product related talk, to selling us the product, helping me convince myself to buy another product, and finally, to helping us load the Ego snowblower. Furthermore while planning how to load the snowblower into my unprepared van he considered passanger safety, caution about scratching the vehicle, and even considering cleaning the bird poop off of the box before putting it in our car. I went to just look at the 28" Ego snow blower in person and I ended up buying it plus the power nexus. Even though it was kind of an impulse purchase, I had a really good experience doing it.

Great store that supports vets and has a variety of household items to choose from that other stores don't carry.

This is a very good Lowes and we always get great service on items big or small. We just came back for our 2nd round of Cali Bamboo hardwood flooring and i highly recommend. It was fairly easy to install over the 1300 sq feet we have purchased and we get compliments on it all the time.

The Lowe’s Shakopee team is outstanding! My husband and I visited the store on a Saturday evening, and every single employee that we interacted with was extremely helpful and friendly. We didn’t have to flag them down when we had questions, instead, they came to us and proactively offered to help us with things like “Would you like to know the price of this item?” and “I’ll help you through self check-out.” Kudos to this team and a big THANK YOU for making our shopping experience so positive!

Shout out to Scott in the carpeting department. I was ordering carpet from out of state to have it installed in my mom’s house near this store. He goes the extra step and provided great service. Made the process smooth and provided me with updates.

We went looking for flooring for our RV. A young man, Mark, helped us. He was unusually well spoken, knowledgeable, and polite. We had shopped 2 other stores and called about a dozen more; we bought at Lowes. Biggest selection, excellent prices and intelligent employees.
Update: No change. Great knowledgeable people. Excellent service and value. Love going to Lowes!

Got a bunch of landscape edging bricks, staff was great, joking around and having fun. Great experience. And great product everyone loves it. Looks sharp, really accents the new flower beds.

Great shopping experience thanks to assistant manager Dan and Appliance associate Adam. Adam was busy helping other customers and Dan stopped to help me with a washer. He obviously had tasks he needed to get to, but he still took the time to stop and help me. After Dan pulled the washer from the back, Adam completed the order and was super helpful and knowledgeable. I had actually called in prior to my visit and Adam was, over the phone and in person, very courteous and attentive. Great team members!

I enjoy Lowe's because the people there are very friendly and want to help.

Great place to shop!
Not as cheap as Menards but better selection and very close.
They give Veteran's discounts and you can usually find help when you need which I can't say about Wall mart

Lots of nice and friendly customers a d employees.

As a frequent customer of Lowe's this is my closest location. I have now bought appliances twice from them and both times their prices were the best around. Great customer service at this store with returns, orders, delivery, and credit cards. Always my first place to look for home projects.

The team at this Lowe’s location is always so helpful, they do such a great job at helping locate the items I am looking for each time I visit. I especially appreciate Adam’s help when I have questions about their plant and garden section. He goes above and beyond to help me find the houseplants I am looking for and he always recognizes me which is a wonderful feeling. I have overheard him helping his team and he is very respectful to the other workers as well and sets a positive vibe. When I bring my puppy the crew here always stop and ask to pet her, she has even gotten a few treats from the staff which is so sweet! Thank you so much for your help Adam, I really appreciate all that you do! 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼

My first time in a Lowe's in MN. Terrific layout that felt easier tounderstand than the Tampa store I used for 18 years.
