Ken and Edgar are some of the most polite people I’ve ever met. If there were 100 stars that I could give for customer service, Ken Edger would receive it. They were extremely professional, and effective with communication. Additionally, the store was getting ready to close within one minute and they still allow me to complete my return with a positive demeanor. I hope that UPS manager truly looks at this review and acknowledges the wonderful employees that they have. Please keep up the great work.

Great store - great crew - great service. I go there about twice a week for my business, and Andrew, Hillary, Ken, Amanda, and others who I've unfortunately not caught their names, have helped me a ton. I come there sometimes without anything but the item I want to ship and they help me quickly and efficiently through the process. Thank you! I appreciate you all!

I have been there many times and everyone is so great! I was in this morning around 9am. I had a huge box and an Amazon return label on my phone. I didn't catch his name but he was so KIND to me and I appreciated it so much

I came into the store last week. I wasn't sure how to ship anything since I don't do it often, and I also had Amazon returns. Amanda was very helpful and patient. She walked me through all my returns. Also answered all my questions about shipping. I will definitely be recommending this store to my friends.

Matt and his wife are some of the friendliest people I have ever met. I am their office supply representative and when Ive been in there, Ive seen that they obviously go above and beyond for their customers. I never write reviews for companies but they are definitely worth a good word for what they do. Keep it up!
