Elfa closets are easy to install, flexible in configuration, and easy to remove. They are functional and also maximize space utilization. They often have 30% off sales on their systems.

I love this monitor stand. I used it as a printer stand instead. The drawer is big enough to hold my pens and other supplies. My laptop fits neatly underneath the drawer. Everything looks clean and organized.

Absolutely love the container store! It is always my first stop when setting up a new place. The coordinated colors and high quality of products make for an excellent experience and gives me an idea of how to set my home up.

Went in for a custom closet design solution. Process was seamless from beginning to end. In-house designer was well informed, trained and interested in the finding the best solution for my specific needs. There was so much follow up on delivery, install and demo (they even demo’d existing space). 5STAR

The Container Store helped us revamp our old closets with their Elfa system. We re-did 3 reach in closets that each used to have 2 shelves and and a rod and transformed it into a much more functional system.

Christian C helped us design an amazing layout. Dimas was a consummate professional when he was installing the system, offering guidance on how to optimize and best lay things out based on his years of experience. When we needed to go back and add more pieces, Danielle helped us tremendously by finding the right parts and making sure we had the best discount applied. Lastly, Alessandro was so helpful in getting us checked out and packed properly so we could take everything home in the pouring rain.

So many great finds. Don't get "trapped" in the section you thought you came in for. I was looking for rolling hampers for laundry and found a way better option in a section for like storing toys and utility items. Delivery to home was $20 in nyc which is reasonable. Unfortunately one item was damaged. But they made it right by refunding delivery fee and offering a replacement item.

Well designed storage solutions and knowledgeable associates combined with good value make this a win+win-win for me. Doesn't hurt that I live nearby. And it is a pet friendly store, which is not always the case making it very convenient for me.

Everything for you home. Even things you never thought about. I love this location the store is big and week organized.
The area is good a lot of good stores around good food and near the subway.
You have also delivery so it super comfortable of you buy a lot of stuff.

Incredible staff. Cheryl in particular was very helpful! Held my items while I grabbed a few things from Home Depot and then helped me load everything into my Uber.

I've been a customer of TCS since I was a high school senior, so I'm a little biased. Of course, they've always had what I needed so I can't deny them that fact.

This past trip I was shopping for The Jet Bag. The hostess attempted to help me, but it was clear she didn't know the product. I was able to find a young man to assist me and he tried every avenue to find the item. Unfortunately, the counts were off. Ugh.

Overall, I tend to find what I need and the folks do know their stuff.

I had to return an item and they took it no questions asked. If you’re looking for a high quality organizer, this is the place to go. They had a really huge sale. 25% off purchases over $100, which is pretty easy to do here. Store is clean and organized well.

I recently used The Container Store's online design service (Paulette) as well as their installation services (Walter) and I'm extremely happy with the results! Paulette was super helpful and accomodating and Walter was quick and eficient in his installation. I'd highly recommend both their closet design sevices and installation team to anyone looking.

I have to shoutout Julio and Alisha who went above and beyond to help me find these headphone accessories I was looking for, including scouring the storage boxes during closing time to help get me what I needed. Amazing customer service!!!

What amazing service we received from Joy -right from the moment we walked in, to the cash out. We knew exactly what we wanted, she directed us to the area and helped us make informed decisions. Joy then proceeded to check us out. It was the most efficient shopping experience we have ever had.

I always find a great selection of boxes, tins, and paper goods to choose from. Is well organized and it has the subway nearby.
