When I set foot there I really appreciated the welcome, the environment is very clean and pleasant, they were polite and seemed very concerned and the service was very fast, if I have to return there I will not hesitate.

I had an issue checking out with my membership card and Paul was VERY helpful in getting the machine to read the details as there was an error in the system. Thank you Paul for taking the time to assist me to make sure I received my membership discount. Much appreciated!

Mark V. is an awesome employee! Nicest customer service worker in NYC. He greeted every customer as they entered, offered to help, hustled when someone needed a case unlocked, and helped the check out line move faster.

The Pharmacy is very good because everybody is so nice I can call and find out when I can get in my medication and I speak to the pharmacy everyone day is very nice I respectable

OMG. Everyone at the store was so nice. 1st helped me with a return then another person helped with choosing some sandals for my mom. Great experience.

stopped by here a few weeks ago and bought some beverage mix powders. i paid at self-checkout and absentmindedly left the item i bought at the self-checkout stand. i be dumb. didn’t realize this til hours later when i got home. called and gave it a shot that CVS might still have my purchase. and to my surprise they did! they put my purchase aside and told me that i could pick it up any time they’re open. stopped by the next day and they had it bagged up with my name. CVS FOR THE WIN! Believe.

They have self-check out. The security treats customers like a shoplifters

This is the worst CVS store I shopped at. I can not think of one good thing to say about it.

This CVS pharmacy stopped taking my insurance without any notification. They only told me after my prescriptions ran out, the CVS app wouldn't process them, and I called to try and refill.

When I called a different CVS on 14/5, they said that was ridiculous since every CVS takes my insurance. I don't know what's going on here, but it's unprofessional and risking pharmacy patients' health.

Update: I also informed CVS' Customer Service line, who also informed me this was not right. This CVS must accept my insurance, and it was a mistake they refused. Here's to hoping CVS will take appropriate actions. Let's see if they actually correct this egregious mistake that put my health, and I'm sure others', at risk.
