Nice big store, not too crowded, workers are nice and helpful. They have that Magnolia part where they sell all those pricey TVs low income families so like to buy after they get those 12K tax returns. A lot of kitchen appliances. Also, you can try different headphones there, be careful of the cooties though.

I went there last Saturday to do a pick up. An employee by the name of Cynthia was very helpful with hie to use my beats. She was also very kind and allowed me to charge my headphones while I go shopping at Burlington for the other things I needed. She was very informative and generous. Her customer service was top notch! I’ll be coming to this location more often now!

two years ago maybe more I had bought a samsung note 10 plus for my wife for more than 1300 dollars the cashier of the time was very bad, the cashier was very badly polite she did not even give me a bag for my purchase over 1300 dollars, now i see that there was a change for places which are brand new let see how about the team I would like to tell employers of best buy. be more proffesional and flexible with customers because the survival of the best buy brand depends on you and your attitude towards customers, I am from old school where my father had a family company that has been trading in electronic parts for 80 years. He imported from DDR in germany and taiwan at the time , and always teach me that the customer are the king , in French we said le client est roi 🤴

Best buy is one of the best places that keeps records they have always had records and serial numbers of every item that I've ever bought from my surface pro 2 also my apples this is where I would recommend to anyone in the United States of America by their electronics they stand behind everything and they always keep the records very friendly when they walk in the front door and they're very helpful if you ask for them to give you a little bit of space they do so security has one of the best I love this place it should be the only place next to circuit City that would be on earth which circuit City no longer exist where RadioShack is also here but these are the number one people in the United States that I trust with all my serial numbers and electrical items

If you're looking for top end camera gear you may want to take a walk down to Adorama just a few blocks away. Best Buy can secure most items for you though.
