Duane Reade

Yesterday I ordered a custom mousepad from the photo department. Nobody at this location had ever processed a mousepad order, but Erik was able to do some research and print it out asap. Came out perfectly! Excellent customer service!

180 W 20th Street is not the correct address! It is on 7th Ave and 19th St. Entrance on 7th. And location signage is poor, so you will be walking around looking unless you get lucky. The staff are GREAT there.

This store was run well when I went at 5:30pm on a Wednesday. I want to personally commend Luigi, the front cashier, for managing a long line of customers by himself very quickly. He jumped between registers and didn’t waste a second getting us served. I wish every convenience store was ran like this!

Great staff and outstanding work!
Came here to print my passport photo. The preview was rather confusing as it got only lines but won’t show black lines when your photo size is smaller than it should. So my photo first comes out with black lines. The staff here help me look through the problem and fixed it.
Everything works out great afterwards! Highly recommended!!!

This location is very clean with a very friendly staff. I was greatly assisted by Sho on my most recent visit. I take care of a senior citizen on my personal time and she helped me find all the necessary merchandise I needed to provide his immediate comfort. She also helped me reedem my walgreens/ duane reade points at checkout. I was deeply appreciative and indebted to Sho’s time and consideration on my most recent shopping visit at this location.

Amazing pharmacy staff. They’re quick, funny, and efficient. I want to shout out Sherap, Stacey, and Rossy! Also, this has to be one of the cleanest Duane Reades in NYC. Seriously such a pleasure to walk into. FIVE STARS!
