AT&T Store

The gentleman greeted and helped us with his friendly and professional manner. He took time looking into the best possible options for my inquiry. I am pleased with his suggestion and services. His name is Ron. He presented an exceptional customer service. He could easily be a team leader!

Ron at the AT&T store on Ann Arbor-Saline Rd., Ann Arbor is extremely knowledgeable, helpful, calm, patient, and kind. His customer service skills are outstanding! He makes sure you leave the store with exactly the product(s) you want that meet your needs, the most cost effective plan for you, and with all of your questions answered. If he doesn’t have the product or information you are seeking, he will call other AT&T stores to find it for you as quickly as possible. When I got home with my new phone, my daughter, who just got hers a couple of weeks ago, asked if I got Ron. When I said yes, she replied “He is the best!”

Ron at the Ann Arbor-Saline Rd location was outstanding. He was very patient with me and has amazing customer service skills. He walked me through my new phone plan and got me the products I needed that best fit me. He turned a stressful experience for me into a seamless one. He is awesome!

This AT&T store location on Ann Arbor / Saline road is amazing. Every time I am there - they have a staff person who knows the details, presents multiple options, and solves my problems in the best cost-minded way. I could never get to the options or detailed explanation they provide by just working in my online account (I have tried). My most recent visit was with Ron Sturgill. He is the best account rep yet (they've all been good). He went through all possible options to help me with broken phone and my overall cell phone plan, and got me up and running within the store visit. Also very personable and friendly. Especially in a time when customer service has declined, Ron is amazing, and the team at this store goes above and beyond.

I've gone to this AT&T store for a few years. Every time I walk in, my questions are answered. They go above and beyond to make sure they're giving you the best deal! I want to give a shout out to Ron, Allyssa, and Ryand. You guys are the best! I hope the company also recognizes how awesome you guys are!! It also frustrates me that they have negative reviews because I've watched them help other customers, and they always do their best to make sure everyone is being taken care of!

Amanda was incredibly professional, courteous, and helpful. Plenty of insight and great information on what options were right for me and my needs.

I know most of us hate having cell phone issues and getting them fixed... on top of sales people trying to get you to upgrade and sell you things you don't need! lol! But this AT&T store is amazing! James and Will were so kind and took care of my issues without me feeling pressured to upgrade or anything like that. They went above and beyond! I recommend this store to all At&T customers!

Alyssa was a pleasure to work with. She was exceedingly knowledgeable about the process of moving from Verizon to AT&T. Her prior experience, having worked for Verizon, made the process seamless and easy. The entire staff was cordial and made all the customers feel welcomed. Instead of dreading going to the cellular store, I would look forward to future opportunities to use their services.

Amanda is a GEM! We recently upgraded our phones, and there were some questions that came up during the process which she assisted us with by going above and beyond! James and Will were AMAZING! They made sure that we understood their troubleshooting process and resolved our issue swiftly and efficiently. Plus, they were so nice and friendly! We have visited two other AT&T stores in Ann Arbor, and I would definitely recommend this store for their efficient service.

Took my mother-in-law in on Saturday to get a new phone and have her old info transferred over - Will helped us and I can't rave about him enough! Took his time with her, got us all set with a phone she loves and got it up and running, and he was just generally an all-around great guy. My shopping trip at AT&T was great. Amanda and Conner were both so helpful and friendly. I didn't feel pressured, Amanda explained things to me, and Conner did, too, and I didn't feel dumb! I will definitely be back to this store!

Alyssa was absolutely outstanding, patient, and knowledgeable. This store was extremely well run, and has changed the game for cell phone in store experiences.

I have been an AT&T customer for about 30 years. This was hands down the best experience I have ever had at a store, customer service phone call or even with the loyalty center. The manager Matt assisted me and his knowledge, patience, understanding and willingness to help were everything I needed on a very challenging day. Both him and this store get my highest recommendation and I don't care that I pass about 4 other AT&T stores to get there this is the only store I will be going to from now on.

Excellent, rare customer service. Jacob was efficient, personable, and had me in and out with an upgraded phone in an hour. A great experience...with really nice, super competent service people. Jacob talked with me on a personal level while always being on task with the upgrade. He never lost track of the fact that we were transferring the data and getting the phone set up. Very very excellent experience and will recommend this store to others.
