Best Buy

Had a car stereo installed by Best Buy Auto, and am very pleased. The installer was friendly and took the time to do the job right, even though the installation was free. After installing he even helped me get my phone connected via Bluetooth, and gave me a tutorial, making sure I was familiar with all the features and how to use them. Highly recommended!!

I love the Best Buy Total Tech program. I have ordered all electronic items from them. From gaming systems to stoves. They have installed 2 TV's for me. They have assisted with installation of a smart door lock. They installed a cook top. Each time I interact with them they are consistent with their services. Each employee has been professional and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Best Buy and the Total Tech program.

It was a good experience at this best buy. Came in to return items purchased online. We didn't have a receipt but the guy at the counter was super helpful and pulled up the items using phone number. He was helpful and kind and quick at getting the things done (with a long line of people behind)

Noah in Ann Arbor location Lohr rd helped me today secure a very important gift for my son as a single mom of 4 and one being a newborn he that I had with me today he was so kind and supportive and understanding and helpful what an amazing person and you are lucky to have such an amazing person working for your company ! The compassion showed today had me in tears. I wasn’t a regular shopper at Best Buy but it I need anything electronic or appliances I will make sure to come here and go out of my way to drive here because I had that amazing or an experience

Amazing customer service. Close to closing during holiday shopping season it would be understandable if folks here were a little less than cordial, but everybody I interacted with this evening was polite, professional, smiling and conversational. They addressed an issue with an incorrect product having been shipped. They did so quickly and in a friendly manner. Keep up the great work!

I had a stereo installed in my car and had a great experience. From initial selection and purchase through installation I was given good information about the process. I am pleased with the work and would trust the installers to do my next installation.

Esphlali was wonderful!! Assured me everything would be alright, as she took my information and listened to my somewhat incoherent problem with my wife's computer. Got me an appointment with the Geek squad, printed a new receipt for me. Did I say I was 14 hours away from my home in the real upstate NY region? Such a personable young lady. Her behavior deserves a raise!
Next day I arrived a few minutes early for my appointment and met Jeffery Tansel from the Geek Squad. Two days and two terrific Best Buy Employees! He took a look at our computer and knew just what to look for. He, in fact, had a similar situation occur once, some time ago. He too was very personable and humorous. Fixed our problem and spoke with us for a few minutes and sent us on our way. He too deserves a raise. Two people in two days who know their stuff AND how to present themselves...WOW! BEST BUY WINS!

I came in yesterday expecting to be in and out. By chance, Eden said hello and offered to help me if I needed anything. I ended up finding her and requesting her help, which was ultimately super useful. I am very happy with the service she provided.

We've recently bought a computer and a stove from Best Buy. The staff is always friendly and knowledgeable, they had the best price out of all the other stores for the exact item we wanted, and both products were delivered next day! We will continue to get our appliances and electronics through Best Buy.

When buying a new cell phone, Sam at the Ann Arbor store was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Very patient with all my questions. Couldn't have asked for any better than him. Seriously, give him a raise!!

Store was very nice and a huge selection of products and stock! (Should probably note that it was 2 days before Black Friday...) but great friendly staff and very on top of customer needs

bought a TV online. it was ready for me when I pulled up and a nice young lady wheeled it out for me. I'm so happy with this TV.

Everyone here is friendly. They greeting you and help with finding anything you need. The Madison Heights store should improve themselves and learn how to treat customers

Going to a Best Buy is generally like going to the DMV; you’re going there because you have to, not because you want to.

This Best Buy is the actual exception to my experiences with this chain. They have always attempted to save me money at every opportunity.

I have their membership, and the geek squad often helps me with my laptop concerns. I am in college.

Also, with their membership, they will service some things in your house.

All of the workers were incredibly helpful! We worked with Xavier and he was splendid! Amazing costumer service and he helped us find such a good price for exactly what we were looking for!
