Always a good selection of those odd things you just can't find anywhere else. They could probably use more help. The checkout line was over 30 deep when I got there at noon, even before Thanksgiving. It looked like black friday. When I got near the front I saw the reason. One of only 2 cashiers was a lady that felt the need to fully read the instructions and discuss every single thing she rang up.

Michael Anderson in the framing department was amazing! We took our son's college diploma in and knew we wanted something special, but weren't sure what it would look like. Michael was able to bring our vision to life! He was amazing to work with! Kudos to him, and we will be back!

Nice selection of arts and crafts. Good size store. Good parking. Handicap accessible. Great service. Doesn't sell stain glass. Love the other stuff. Always has some good sales on something going on.

Pleasant employees. They sometimes are pricey; but they have a good selection of products. I asked them if they had a senior citzen discount and they did, so that help. I often visit them when they have sales, such as after holidays because they really price them to clear them out.

Michaels has such a variety of items & you can find just about anything you want or need in crafts & everything else. The staff there are very helpful & nice, very willing to help you despite how busy they are. Michaels is my go to store for just about anything especially crafts!
