I had gone in to browse only but saw a sweater that I've been wanting... I found the animated show called The Spirit Away! It is very hard to find the character, and now I finally found something.. thank you, Hot Topic

This is the #1 Hot Topic in the Metro Detroit Area and maybe even the best in the country! The staff here make your experience amazing and exemplify the absolute best of customer service. Thank you everyone who works at the Lakeside Mall Hot Topic and especially thank you to Amanda, Toby, Kelsey and Luka for going above and beyond on multiple occasion to make sure that I had a great experience. I will continue coming back to this Hot Topic as long as there's money to spend 😂 Another big thank you to the team at this location for doing an amazing job at everything they do!

this is my fav hot topic store, the employees are 10/10 and i always find some cute Chococat merch (or blind boxes i fail 90% of the time) would def recommend visiting them if you love the store and are in the area!!

The employees at this HT go above and beyond, and are some of the most selfless, kind and hard working I have met. I really hope the mall and the company gives them some recognition as well because they more than deserve it!
Always am greeted kindly and helped with everything I have needed to find in store/ online and tricky order adjustments. So grateful to have an awesome hot topic close by that I can always trust as well! They have a very clean and organized store with a decent selection as well.

Went to Hot Topic, very unique store.
Haven't been in one for many years. Had the pleasure of being helped by a young lady named Zilla. She took time to answer all of my questions and was a absolute pleasure to deal with. Workers a lot of times don't want to be bothered by questions but Zilla definitely made this shopping experience a pleasure.... Keep up the great work. Looking forward to a return visit.

I love hot topic. It's where I be getting all my Selena shirts, the employes also always nice abd helpful. Anyways thid place is great if you want some nice high quality Selena shirts they always do me right.

Great for finding merch for TV shows and movies.

Hot Topic is always on my go-to list whenever I decided to visit the mall. The atmosphere isn't the same as it was back in the day, but the vibe is still the same. All the workers in their ambitious, exploding with self-expression are always super friendly and informative. I get lost in all the sale signs and they are more than happy to help clear them up and answer any questions. They always have exactly what I'm looking for and often times things i didn't know i needed. As always their in-store shopping experience is quick because they pack and cram so much merchandise in every nook and cranny of such a small space. I can say i admire their devotion to vip members. It's a pleasant surprise to get a personalized phone call informing you of upcoming coupons that are about to be activated. I hope they don't lose that level of customer interaction, it is one of the things that keep me coming back.

Love this store! Everyone is so friendly! The manager has been there a long time and is very nice. She seems like she really loves the company and a cool person. Which makes the store even nicer to go to. We love the Instagram posts about the pops to keep an eye out for iur favorites!
The store has been a little empty lately, which is sad. I hope it's not closing like half of the mall did. This store is the only reason we go to this mall now! They we completely helpful with ordering what I wanted that wasn't in store. Please keep this store open!

I got serviced very well and the guy was super nice and friendly . It was so much nice stuff in there I couldn’t decide what to choose so I just got some small stuff . The guy made me an account and next time I shop I can use my $15 off coupon . I will be back soon 🫶🏽❤😁

Love this store just wish they carried bigger sizes in clothing in the store.

They had what my daughter was looking for it's a interesting place they got cool stuff in there, it's more focus on pop/rock clothing and accessories. I recommend this place if your looking for pop / rock items
