I have been to this Finish line multiple times to purchase shoes/exchange/return/ask questions over the phone. Every time the sale associates are so nice and never mind helping with a smile and patience. I give credit when it is due, such a great staff. I will return to this location just because of that. 🙂

I didn't think I would have such a great experience because it looked like the store was ran by teen boys :) However, I was treated very politely and the two gentlemen Tyler and Robert were extremely helpful and knowledgeable of the products. Kudos to these young men who assisted in the purchase of 3 pair of shoes for my daughters. I would definitely recommend this store

We received great customer service by the young lady that helped me and my boys I however was very disappointed that they didn't have more things on sale it seems that everything is just regular retail price and only the sale things are online
