Awesome tasting after workout shakes. Adorable. Clean store. Convenient to Golds gym. Would love if they opened at 8am though. Update: owner got back to me about hours. Understandable. I just adjusted my workouts a bit to assure I can go.

This is the ultimate spot for all your nutrition needs! They have the best supplements on the market with the tastiest protein shakes and treats for your post-workouts. Employees are super friendly, knowledgeable, and passionate about fitness.

My first visit here was really great! The staff was really nice and the drink was goood! (I got the slimmer, juice base, pina colada)

After workouts, I like to stop by to get a post workout shake. Great tasting, great supplements, and priced perfectly.

They also have a large selection of supplements, vitamins, and everything you can think of for nutrition. I just picked up a new (to me) post workout and am excited to see the results.

Excellent smoothies. Incredible service. Drove passed several smoothie shops this afternoon to stop in here and was impressed with the everything. The gentleman who assisted me made me a great smoothie “nameless” as well as gave me plenty of info on pre-workout and post workout supplements. This experience alone makes it worth the drive. Definitely got my future business

I’m a frequent to One Stops in Arizona so I had to drive down here and get a proper protein shake. Daniel was extremely helpful and I left with a whole lot of products at a really cheap price and now I’m happy. I can’t wait till y’all expand to the central Texas area. I’d love to open one here.

I love the Shakes here and The service is incredible. It's always friendly and chill and the guys remember you. It feels like a nice little Neighborhood Spot to get Vitamins, protein bars, shakes, & supplements ect. They even have cradum and Trejo tuff products, lol. I so prefer this place to Smoothie KingThe shakes are delicious guys! you gotta try this place!

Received a free smoothie coupon for One Stop Nutrition. Was immediately greeted when I walked in. Jed quickly proved his knowledge on many supplements and hooked me up with an amazing smoothie, and a pre-workout sample. I don't leave many reviews, nor do I frequent this gym very often. But that may change due to the simple fact that I have received nothing but great customer service from both Jed and the Gold's staff as well. Cheers!

One of the nicest supplement stores I have ever seen. They also make smoothies with protein and antioxidants. Staff is really knowledgeable, fit and friendly. Prices are competitive. Highly recommend to anyone looking to get their butt back in shape like myself.

This place is so great! I went in on a day when I was stressed, exhausted and frankly a little negative as well. Queue Justin. He was kind, knowledgeable, and most of all he listened to me. As a night shift worker and late night gym goer, the supplements I had previously been told to use weren't working for me. He understood my situation and its effects on my body in comparison to what I'm trying to accomplish. He gave me different options on things that could work for me, ideas of things to mix them with, and most importantly he gave me that little bit of positivity I needed to change the course of my day. Great, clean place with friendly and knowledgeable staff!

Jed is hands down the foundation of what makes this place stand out amongst other competitors. He will place your true nutritional goal above every thing and deliver only the best customer service. Smoothies are hands down the best in town! Come see what the hype is about!

First time here and was greeted by the cutest service dog. Hands down, my meal replacement was much better that other places. So glad I didn’t choose pizza!

I usually don't review any place and I have to say this place is the best place hands down Everytime I go in everyone's nice and patient the prices on their goods are expeptional and their smoothies are awesome I just tried the Pina colada and I wish I bought another. Ill definitely be back.

Good shakes, good prices, lots of nutritional snack and meal replacement options. The staff are very knowledgeable and fun to talk to. This is a very clean and well run shop.
