I am giving this review solely to Barbara at the pharmacy. I have had hypertension my entire life, and have been medicated for it. I came in extremely concerned and just needed someone to check my blood pressure and help calm me down. They don’t usually do this anymore but she could see the worry in my face so she stopped what she was doing and helped me out. She had found an old BP monitor so she hooked me up real quick and my BP was elevated but not as much as I had thought it would be. Idk what it was about the experience, but she really went out of her way and did a very human thing that you rarely see anymore. They were busy and in a rush, and she didn’t have to drop everything but she did, and I left with less worry. I tear up writing this review. Thankyou Barbara.

Over the years we’ve had our ups & downs with the pharmacy at this location. There have been excellent customer service oriented employees and very difficult employees. Other reviews back this up. But recently everyone I’ve dealt with has been great.
This morning, after waiting for several days for my thyroid med to be processed and getting a delayed fill email, I called for a status.
Laura said the med was on back order. I asked if any other Walgreens had it but she said they all use the same supplier. I was already contemplating how many pharmacies I would have to call trying to find it.
But then she said: well, let me check with some other locations. Do you mind holding while I do that?”. I was happy to hold as I’d been waiting a week and took my last pill this morning. If I’m without Thyroid NP for more than 36 hours, I will begin having some serious issues. I have very low T3 and zero T4, even though I put out just enough TSH, because I have another endocrine disorder. 🙄
She came back on and said, I found some at Bell and Discovery Blvd. 😥 Whew!! I was so relieved!!! Again, thank you Laura for having compassion and great customer service. I know y’all are short staffed and supplies are limited these days, that makes your job very difficult. But you decided not to give up. I’m very grateful!

Had a great smooth experience getting a prescription filled. First time at this pharmacy as I’ve recently moved.
Which I forgot to update my file at Walgreens with. When she asked the confirmation question and I said the (wrong for the file) answer she asked if I had moved and let me try again haha -
Technician at the window then seamlessly changed the address while protecting my information until she was sure.

Wait time was less than ten minutes from entering line to leaving with my new medicine.

Pharmacist was able to give me the important info on my medicine and felt approachable and quick without being rushed. Appreciated the note to drink plenty of water with this script as I wouldn’t have even thought of it. A+ all around pharmacy experience. Not sure about the unfortunate reviews below 🤷🏼‍♀

I just attend this store for the Pharmacy. And I walk into the store (I am not a fan of the drive-thru in general) I have to say that their staff is always very helpful and even if they are busy they do their best to move the line quickly.
If they have a scheduled med to be picked up, they always have it when promised, or will call me in advance if there is a delay (I believe they have been delayed just once in the 5 years I've been using this pharmacy).
Overall a great experience. I normally am in-and out in under 5 minutes.

Had an AMAZING interaction with the Pharmacist, Melody, at this store! Day before Thanksgiving - the pharmacy - they’re slammed with business, too - but Melody called other locations to get my daughter the prescription she needed, and it was all because Melody took the time and was interested enough to help us out. BRAVO!! Job well done!!

I love the pharmacists here. I was helped by a wonderful person who advised me about the medication my doctor was going to give me. She said to be careful not to lift anything over 20 lbs as it may cause damage to my muscles. I appreciate the information and made my decision as to take the medication or not. I am not happy my doctor(her reviews were not good anyway), had not warned me about this as I did tell the doctor I was traveling. My suitcase is more than 20 lbs.Found out she "forgot", UGH! Thank you so much for letting me know!!! Love you guys.

Soooo many thanks to the wonderful people in the pharmacy that helped a panicked man out in the waning minutes of their hours on a Sunday evening. They went above and beyond to take care of something another location simply wouldn't do. They were understanding, and awesome. Truly a great customer service experience.

This has been my Walgreens since I moved to C.P. 5 years ago. I have friendly relationships with most of the staff, these are hard working good people who also live near by. Darlene, Esther, Susan, Charles , Nia and Si have become familiar smiles , I enjoy having a moment's small talk with them.

hey Walgreens just wanted to give a big shoutout to the young lady who helped me solv an issue that I could not find an answer for online or even customer care! She was both very kind, knowledgeable and patient with me and totally resolved my concerns AND found a way for me to save BIG bucks yearly by signing up for the RX savings membership - Fantastic experience and a big thank you Louisa for being a Rock Star!!

Every time I've gone to this Walgreens they have been very kind and courteous and helpful and offered me tips and showed me things I need I've never experienced one rude employee and I know they don't get paid very well but they still have a very good attitude I recommend this Walgreens now I've never use the pharmacy but other than that I've had great experiences with this location ever since it opened

Darleen helped me save $40 and everyone helped me find what I needed definitely a great Walgreens.
