Friendly& knowledgeable. They help you figure out what best suits your needs, not just trying to sell you more than you need. Which find refreshing these days. There a tall slender gal who has helped me each time, & I just love her. She’s a wealth of information to educate those of us who are beginning our health living journey.

I thank God for this store. No lie. I have been having so many problems lately with my digestion and it has been causing me to feel awful. I frequented this store in the process of trying to get better and this store had it all. Everything I needed (even the most obscure). The employees are always so helpful too. God bless you guys. Very friendly, knowledgable and personal service -- they remember your name. Prices on supplements noticeably lower that "the other health food store" in Urbana, and the knowledge freely offered (by Gay) has been a god-send.

They had exactly what I came in to buy. However, the experience was very uncomfortable because one of the store employees was standing next to us the entire time, with her jacket hood over her head, pretending to use her phone but she was staring at us out of the corner of her eye. I can find the exact same stuff online cheaper and not be stared at as if I were some shoplifter.
