I'm just the driver, my spouse goes there whenever we are in champaign. She comments they still have a quality product for a good price.

Wonderful store. So glad I can now pick up orders there. Wonderful staff. Wonderful customer service. I had a question and the associate called corporate for me on a Sunday afternoon. I got my answer. Wow!

The staff followed me around as if I wanted to Steal something I had a Coupon for $20 STAFF MADE ME FEEL UNWELCOMED SO I DIDN'T GET ANYTHING 🙄

My personal experience was shocking! People really shouldn't assume they can't afford to shop at Chico's (or any other high-end store) just by how they're dressed. No option for zero stars, so I'm being nice with just one.

Poor customer relations. Not one word was spoken to me by a store associate even though I was the ony customer in the store.
