Original 1 star review - Hired to clean area rug. Did not actually clean the rug. Just steamed it. That didn't really get any of the dirt out of the rug. Looks the same.

Updated review- Faith and Tristan came out after the first couple that "cleaned" and they completely got it done right! So so so much cleaner. Very kind. Very knowledgeable. I super appreciate someone coming out and taking such good care of my home. Thanks so much!

Faith and Scotland were friendly, knowledgeable, prompt and efficient. My carpets look fantastic and smell great! They cleaned up any water or foot prints on their way out the door! I would highly recommend them and Stanley Steamer.

We had a pet emergency 😬 last night and I was able to go online and schedule an appt for first thing this morning. They arrived on time and finished the job in a short amount of time. It was a very positive experience and I especially appreciated the online scheduling option.

I had my couch cleaned a week ago to do pet smells but the first guy wasn't professional and didn't get the odors out. Reached out to Stanley Steamer and they responded right away and scheduled to do a courtesy. Came today and the two guys that came were very professional and apologized for the first guy and explained things to me that the other guy did not tell me which I greatly appreciated! They just had to apply a final spray of deodorizer and they were very generous in making sure everything was covered. They said it should get rid of any smells so here is hoping! All in all very great service!

Tristin and Faith were wonderful to work with. They were on time, considerate, answered all my questions, and did a great job on my rug stains.

There was a dispute over some of the work that was done. Chris from the company came & inspected. Wonderful person who did a great job of being a customer advocate. A successful agreeable resolution was reached & Chris was key to this.

Amazed at how my carpet looks brand new! They were able to get rid of 5+ years stains. They’re quick and responsive. Highly recommend!

Jalen did a super job! The carpets look great. He even got out two tough stains. I’d like to know what kind of spot cleanser he used and whether it is available for purchase. We’d like to have some on hand as we get spots every once in awhile (we have two big dogs). I’d appreciate a response. Thank you. Phyllis Hand

Casey and Christan were very professional. Great and happy personalities. Introduced themselves with a firm hand shake as they gave their name.
Both neatly dressed in their Stanley Steamer black shirt and khakis.
Explained their process for doing the duct cleaning thoroughly and length of time for set up and cleaning.
Answered all my questions knowledgeable of their job.
Clean up and re-installed vents quickly and efficiently.
From the meet and great to the final paperwork all was done very well.
I would and will do bussiness again with this team at Stanley Steamer.
5 stars for Casey and Christan.
4 stars for the company itself. Equipment failure that delayed completion of job. The guys worked hard to fix the mechanical issue.

Faith and Jalen were awesome! Did a great job and were very professional. The beige colored couch cleaned looks so much better. Area rug dirt and stains removed restored rug to a better condition. Thank you Stanley Steemer!

I scheduled online and received text messages to confirm. Chris and Tony were prompt and professional. They did a great job and my carpets look and smell great! I liked that they kept me posted on when they would show up to the house and even sent me a picture so I would know who was coming to my door. I will definitely call them again.
