WARNING- Count your medication!!!!

I hate to post a bad review, because mostly I have gotten good service from this pharmacy, aside from the occasional hiccup. But today when I picked up a new medication I discovered I was shorted 31 pills. Thankfully, I counted them before I left the parking lot, so they did give me the missing pills. But how many people count their pills? If it hadn't been a new prescription I probably wouldn't have verified. But I will now in the future. So beware!!

I’ve had great experiences with the staff here, as in they are always polite, etc., but they are probably the slowest pharmacy on the planet.

Currently I’ve been in this line that started with only 5 cars for 25 minutes and there’s still 2 ahead of me. I understand that sometimes there are difficult customers, but I doubt all of these customers were difficult.

Every time I call the pharmacy I am always put on hold… waited 30 minutes to talk to no one. Being put on hold six times because the phone rings and then someone picks it up to put you on hold without saying ANYTHING.

Tried calling to verify my prescription is ready - but end up going in person since no one answers and then am told I have to wait for my prescription (which I tried to avoid) since no one could pick up the phone to begin with.

Consistently takes days to fill common prescriptions. Long lines and slow techs are frequent. Many times they are out of medications. Worst Walgreens I have had to use. I am finally done. I will find a different chain or at least a different Walgreens.

It took over 10 minutes once I got to the window and gave my info to actually get my Rx.

Takes super long at the pharmacy drive thru. Three out of the three times I was at this drive thru it takes no less than 30minues for EACH car to get through. I understand there are complicated meds or customers, but it shouldn't be this slow all the time. Also just watching the person working through the window is like it's 0.5x moving speed, not sure if its just his personality but if it's this slow everytime something needs to change.

They processed a prescription of mine last month that I never received and never filled. Hmm. When I went to get it filled they said “well it’s rejected because it’s too early to pick it up.” I said “wait what?” Called the insurance and found out this pharmacy had filled it last month already. Something is going on here, be careful! It was a class 2 drug as well so I’m not surprised. When I went back and asked about it, the Tech yelled at me and wouldn’t let me talk to the Pharmacist. At which point I insisted that the pharmacist call me directly. Never got a call. Yeah, something weird is going on there.

I have had more problems trying to get prescriptions dropped off and picked up here. They close for hours in the middle of the day, open late. I am fed up, yes it is close to my house, but when it takes me a minimum of 5 attempts to pick up a prescription it’s not worth it.

Very slow crew today. Waiting for almost an hour on a driveway and there's only 2 of us in line. I wish robots will take over these loris humans!

Incredibly slow.
They also won’t let you know if they need your insurance, they’ll just simply ignore the order, won’t fill it, and will tell you they don’t have it.

Freaking terrible I have tried this entire weekend to get my husband’s prescription filled with no luck. On Friday night they claim I didn’t have insurance called my insurance provider they said my husband was covered. Saturday my husband tried to get his prescription bc it wasn’t filled since they did not have his antibiotics and denied that we had no insurance. Sunday After me telling the pharmacist to call my insurance provider its FINALLY filled!

Went to drive thru to pickup prescriptions and waited 5-10 minutes to get to the front only to be told they are closed for lunch! We were 1 minute past the time and didn't actually know they close for lunch. That's freaking ridiculous!!

Long lines. Was told I had to enter the store to get an item we've been getting in the drive thru for months. I declined as they seem to have forgotten about the pandemic.
