Stellar sums it up! Service, knowledge, professionalism, efficiency, courtesy all exceeded my expectations! I never felt rushed. Roberto gave me 1 on 1 attention until my new service was activated, and assisted setting up all of my devices. 100% satisfied with my experience which was a pleasant transition from my frustrations with Verizon customer service.

Trey and Roberto were OUTSTANDING!!! Trey was so knowledgeable and efficient, and I felt well taken care of by him. When he had to step away, Roberto jumped right in and he was friendly and able to continue without losing any threads from the progress Trey had made. I'm SO glad to be back with AT&T and this particular store. They are consistently THE BEST!

The AT&T store in the Corte Madera Mall was so helpful. I thought I would have to buy a new phone. The problem was with an app. They identified the problem, and I was able to reach the developer and we resolved the issue. Thank you all at the AT&T store.

I had an amazing experience buying my new iPhone 14 at AT&T in Corte Madera! My sales Consultant was Trey Wright and he was very helpful! It was a busy time but Trey acknowledged me when I walked in the store. Once he was available he answered all my questions. Trey and Roberto, and Marco went above and beyond to help me! This was by far the most pleasant experience we have ever had at any cell phone store! We worked with both Roberto and Jennifer and they were exceptionally friendly, accommodating, and helpful. We were very impressed with their service and their welcoming attitude. They truly cared that everything was working perfectly with our new phones and that we were completely satisfied. We unfortunately witnessed several customers who were being rude to them, and they handled that beautifully. I highly recommend this store!

I had purchased a new Ipad and needed to add cellular coverage. Trey helped me not only with that but explained my phone coverage in detail and helped me with my ipad. He was kind, patient, very professional and informative. Unfortunately a woman (supervisor i suppose but she did not introduce herself) interrupted us and was quite rude, saying I should go to Apple for help. Were there other customers I'd have understood but none were there. Thank you to Trey. He's a keeper and an excellent employee. I hope his help did not cause him any trouble or reprimands from his "superior". He's a great employee. Ask for him...There should be more like him.

Robert " Bobby " had the best customer service we have had yet at ATT . He was patient with us and extremely helpful . We would come back again to him if we need any assistance. He was someone we would consider that has top customer service. Helped us know about deals and teacher discount which we didn’t know about . He was quick , efficient and detailed. Thank you !
