Christie went above and beyond herself to make my day. She happened to walk by me using the self-check machine and I was struggling to figure out how to utilize the coupons. She helped me use the coupon dispense machine helped me download and equip a couple of coupons which ended up saving me above ten dollars. My experience was so great and made me feel so happy I just had to give her a hug for everything she did for me. It really means a lot when a person goes beyond the norm to help make someone else's day. Definitely will go back the CVS in Cibolo on main street can learn a thing or two from this location about customer service.

This location was fantastic. The cashier was wonderful and the team was just ready to help! I know most customers are short tempered and don’t have any patience, but I do I’m not like most Americans!

This CVS pharmacy is fantastic. They always go the extra mile. I went to pick up a prescription and told the tech I would just be paying out of pocket and she said “Are you sure” I respond “yes” and she goes “let me go find you a coupon.” And she did! She saved like 8 bucks! I didn’t ask her to do that. She very well just could have taken my card and swiped it but she didn’t.
