I come here to get a disposable every week or so. Had an auto-firing issue with an Elf Bar I purchased last night. Was really hesitant in asking for a replacement expecting I'd get some sorta pushback or be blamed. But the dude was just super understanding and helpful. Thank you!

Great shop, I've tried a couple shops in the area and this one is by far the best. Everyone ive talked to has been very helpful and informative especially Richard. They also seem to have a much better selection than most shops.

I’ve been coming here for almost two years. Out of all vape shops I’ve ever been to this one is by far the best. Christian and Richard are so helpful and answer all of my questions to find the right fit for me. There’s not a question I’ve had that they haven’t been able to thoroughly answer and explain. I truly appreciate these guys and I even had one of them change my burnt out headlight… talk about customer SERVICE! I recommend them to everyone who asks where I go and will continue to do so.

I bought a vape from here about 6 months ago. The vape had been sitting for a bit after all that time. I took it in because it had completely stopped working. The gentlemen I spoke with was very knowledgeable of the company’s warranty policy but gave me advise on how to fix it for the least amount of money rather than trying to convince me into buying a new vape like most other vape stores. 6$ later my vape is working like brand new thanks to his advice. Great place, great staff. 10:10
