The entire staff went above and beyond with helping me find the exact bow I didn’t even know I wanted. Ken gave his undivided attention, answered every question I had no matter how far fetched, and took the time to set up multiple bows for me to fire and get a feel for. He made sure I found exactly what I wanted in a new rig. I cannot say enough good things about my experience and the smile on my face after I left. Thank you as well to Cody, JR, and Zach. Y’all are the real deal!

These folks always go above and beyond. they. They seem like they genuinely enjoy helping customers as much as possible. I've come in with some requests that were huge pains in the butt, like asking to try multiple draw lengths in multiple bows. Not even a hesitation. They happily jumped on it and then asked if they could set up even more bows or help me try more draw lengths. I've been to other bow shops in the area but nobody beats these folks on selection, price, or especially customer service.

Walked in browsing a new bow, however, with no brand loyalty. The guys set up three bows that I had done some research on. Walked out with a Hoyt Alpha X with several accessories. Great experience!

can not recommend enough I had to come later in the day (damn near closing time) due to the fact I live an hour away and work I called ahead to make sure that was okay cause setting up a new bow is a process and it can take some time they helped me pick a perfect bow and set everything up they were incredibly patient, the guys here are very friendly and welcoming I never felt rushed or like I was bothering them despite the fact the store was closing soon they still took their time to make sure that everything was done properly and I’m very happy with my new bow and all the advice and tips I was given along with it

Took my wife here for some indoor archery and it was a great experience! Super knowledgeable and welcoming staff for a couple of newbies.

I placed order was called same day and asked if I needed them cut to correct length. Was very fast and shipped will definitely purchase future orders.

Staff are awesome here. Went here to get a BenchMade knife and spoke with a nice man wearing a skull ring. He knows his knives that's for sure! I make Damascus knives down south and was good to meet someone that knew plenty about the new BenchMade Damascus knives. Learned that they recently got an archery area inside the store and I intend on learning how to shoot arrows pretty soon so I think that's awesome! Prices on the weapons are pretty good so I definitely recommend checking them out.

This place is great. Went in to get my bow adjusted and tuned and they were thorough and explained the process and what adjustments needed to be made. In addition to tuning my bow I asked to shoot a bow on the wall and they got it all set up for me to try out. Friendly staff, lots of products and reasonably priced.

Took my son in there for his first bow setup and have dealt with Sam the first time in and Josiah(hope I spelled that right) the second time. Both have been extremely helpful, knowledgeable and patient with me and my son. This will be the only archery store I will deal with. Thanks for everything.

Awesome selection and very knowledgeable staff. Spent extra time tuning and adjusting my setup to ensure I was fully comfortable. Really appreciated the customer service and if you are a seasoned bow hunter or brand new they will get you set up right within your budget. Best bow shop I’ve ever been to and the only one you should be going to if you live in the Eastern half of the state. After a couple years of bad experiences at other places i gave up on finding a good shop and I basically set up my own shop in my home. I wish I would’ve found these guys sooner, might have saved some money. Every bow tech there knows what they’re talking about and I’m confident I could have any one of them work on my bow . I spent a week deciding on a new bow, coming into the shop 3-4 times, testing out different ones. Even put my old one on consignment with them. Perfect customer service, expertise and in no way we’re they pressuring, hell they even let me stay after closing picking out arrows and giving their honest opinions. If I could give 10 stars I would. Do yourself a favor and make the drive if you’re looking to get into archery, wanting to upgrade, or learn more about tuning your set up. This place has my business indefinitely!

I walked into this shop knowing very little about archery and left feeling like I could take down an Alaskan grizzly at 30 yards without breaking a sweat. The staff let me open and try different products on the range, tuned my bow and worked with me on my form. It honestly felt like I was hanging out with my buddies in an archery club. 10/10 would definitely recommend!! Thanks guys.

Went in the other day to buy and setup my first real bow, not only was the bow tech extremely helpful and answered all my questions thoroughly but he never hesitated to let me test something if I wasn’t sure on how I would like it. Overall it took close to 5 hours start to finish and I never once felt as if he was rushing me or just trying to make a sell. Even today when I went back just to sight in my bow I decided I wanted to try a new release I was helped instantly and instead of trying to upsell me on a release twice the price he told me what it was good for and tried to allow me to make the most informed decision possible on my own

After having an extremely poor experience at Canady's Sports Center in Wilmington, I made the drive to Extreme Outfitters in Jacksonville, as Google showed them as a Mathews dealer. Cody, Dane and Josh were working that day, and just after I arrived, customers just began swarming in. Despite being extremely busy, all three of them were patient, never got frustrated, did not try to rush any customer, and remained cheerful and talkative to everyone. Cody was the main person I dealt with, and after he had me try out several bows, he fitted the brand/color of bow I wanted to me. He, Dane and Josh tag-teamed with installing accessories and educating customers on what each accessory does and other options. Once my bow was set up, I was able to try it out on their indoor range and given pointers and coaching, as it had been years since I shot a bow. All three of them stayed past closing time to make sure I got all the accessories I needed and invited me back to the range for additional practice and instruction. My wife and I were there for around 7 hours, because they were so busy and because they take so much time and care with each customer. The staff apologized for the delay but it was truly a wonderful experience. They made us both feel completely welcome and included the whole time we were there. If I could give them 10 stars I would.
