Circle K

This is the best Circle K in Jacksonville. It's always clean and well stocked, the McDonalds in it is pretty fast and clean as well which helps me to give a 5 star review even though I am really upset with them today. The slushie machines have been down for 2 days with the same syrup inside them not spinning. I normally tell everyone in town this one is the best circle K and the slushie selection is so amazing and for 2 strait days they have let me down. But 2 days out of 3 years is not so bad.

Good gas

Their fountain drink and ice station was DISGUSTING. There was mold all around the drink dispensers and black syrup all behind the units and up to the front. That's not an accident. It clearly took long-term negligence to be that filthy. There was an off duty male employee standing behind the counter talking to the cashier, both trash talking another employee, to the point of her not paying attention and doing her job properly. We were paying customers we know. Will not be going back as there are better gas stations around Jacksonville. Shame on you circle k.

They have good gas, but their dip/tobacco is old & stale.

Harassed by employee for getting iced.

Thank you Circle K for an amazing experience today in where I walked in to get ice for a 1 liter CamelBak that was about half-full already and as I'm walking out the door I get harassed by one of your employees in front of dozens of other customers that are waiting to check out and around the store.

As I've always been told by any location in Jacksonville, ice and water or at no charge. Even more so to those who are buying other products already within the store or that have filled up with gas in which case I had done so myself.

All the same, this short, Stout, red-headed husky woman (by description), employee shout it out to me from the register and even had the audacity to leave all the customers waiting While She chased me down outside attempting to do what I don't know?

Thanks again Circle K for the harassment today. I will never forget it.

Lady called me a Mexican and I'm a disabled veteran parked in handicap spot and she asked me to move my vehicle this is at midnight. So I can free up a spot for other handicap folks.

Pretty sure someone slashed my tire today and I’ve been trying to call but no answer. I just want to see if they can look at pump 6 around 3 so I can see and file a report cause my tires are over $250 and Im trying to save cause my baby is due in November. I came to see my husband who backed into a lady on accident cause she was pulled out really far and also get gas. I didn’t expect to go back to my car with a clearly punctured tire.

Cashier had a nasty attitude because she couldn't figure out how to use the self checkout machine plus shook my beers in the process. Would give a half star if I could

Lady Amber S. Put my gas on the the wrong pump I clearly said $35 on pump 14, she put my gas on pump 4? Then she tell me somebody stole my gas? When I clearly said pump 14? You even watch me on the camera I knew what pump I asked for. Then she called the store manager on the phone lied to them right in my face to tell them I said pump 4 that was a lie.. Long story short they didn’t give me my $35 back in gas.. Had to spend $30 more dollars out my money. $65 dollars spent for $30 dollars worth a gas smh somebody contact me to resolve this issue in a professional manner, thank you

Incredibly low amount of choices in anything. And i thought the point of a smart check out was so you didn't have to talk to someone and have their hands all.over your stuff
