Had a $5. Dollar off coupon for shopping at cvs. Great customer service! Store is very clean and organized and has alot of general items not found at walgreens.i saved alot of money with their coupons with their rewards.

Like most pharmacies, CVS on North Grand and 9th Streets have always been accurate with my medication refills. I've never had to deal with the older male pharmacist who scowls all the time, but the pharmacy assistants are usually smiling and are nice and helpful.

When I walked into the store I was greeted with a warm "Hello" "Can I help you?" Found the staff to be friendly and most helpful. And, you can buy sale items there without having to have a "members card" as another drug store chain requires. It is the only drug store I will go to.

Staff is always friendly and kind! Answers all my questions and asks to make sure I understand everything with new prescriptions. Love love love this pharmacy!

The entire staff from the front to the pharmacy (s. MacArthur in Springfield IL) are just lovely.

They seem to care that i get my Medication on time. They keep track of each drug and notify me when its time to refill or renew. At age 71 I really appreciate and need the help.

This store is my go to for my CVS deals . Friendly staff and have most everything in stock.

The staff is always always polite and courteous. Shae is always great fun when we come in to the store. This is the only place I like to go.
