Customer service was amazing. Had my ballons filled on the spot. The cashier and told me which way to face so thar the sun wouldn't be in my eyes. These ballons were filled on November 27th it is now December 5th and they are still up and floating. Those ladies are amazing.

I would like to rate Christine, one of your outstanding employees the highest rating possible. Yesterday, I had to find a particular color (s) of plates and napkins for a 90th Birthday Celebration and Christine assisted me as I am handicapped with a hip issue. She brought me all the different colors I requested. She was patient, kind and very knowledgeable about what Party Supplies had to offer. After finding exactly the right colors, I purchased what she had helped me select, then, she walked with me to my car so that I could lean on the cart as it was a fairly long distance for an elderly person with hip issues. Christine kept a beautiful smile the entire time and kept a caring attitude the entire time. I hope she will be recognized for her outstanding customer service and her knowledge of what Jacksonville Party Supplies has to offer customers.

First time here and I really needed a few balloons for my fiancés birthday. I made it 10 minutes before closing, I didn’t think I would be let in. But everyone at the front were very polite and helpful with matching balloons for me, mainly an older lady that had help me, I didn’t get her name but she was very sweet and helpful. quick and easy. Will definitely purchase from here again :)

First and foremost…I’ve never left a review, good or bad…ever…but i received such good service, i had to do it! Ms Wanda is one of the nicest people i have ever met! She was sooo helpful when shopping for my bff’s gender reveal. She went above and well beyond the requirements of her job! I will continue to drive all the way from cape carteret to shop at this store because of how helpful she was to me.

Did a balloon order and they were in great shape. They gave them color coordinated ribbons and gently tied them together in a big bag, for easy transport. The balloons lasted Inflated in our house for almost two weeks! Very good quality.

Good party store for plenty of themed items you may need! They had plenty for ant occasion and quite a few theme birthday party items as well. A bonus to them is if you buy balloons here and do not need helium in them till a later date you can come back with the receipt and theyll fill them up for 99 cents.

I absolutely love this store! Every time I go here I find exactly what I'm looking for, and there is always helpful smiles when you walk in. This store has a wide variety of party supplies so LOTS to chose from. They also had lots of Halloween costumes! Great store! Love taking trips here.

Find affordable decorations for any occasion

I had come in recently and I was greeted right when I walked in, walked by an employee to what I needed to find, and out of the store within 15 min! Best experience I've had here! Aweome store! I was bummed there wasn't a Party City near me but came across this gem! It has probably everything you could need for a party. I've been searching big box retailers the last several days for Dr. Seuss themed accessories and this place had it all!
