Me and my daughter had a wonderful experience in the Syracuse store. Kate spoke with my 8 year old daughter at length about what she wanted her hair to look like and the different processes to achieve the look she was wanting, while also giving me helpful advice on how to apply the color and which products will work best. Kate treated my daughter with respect, not like a little girl in the beauty shop with her mom, and my daughter left feeling empowered that she was able to make her own decisions about her own hair. I have been bleaching my own hair for years now, but Kate gave me some incredible information that’s going to make doing my own hair much easier in the future. The Syracuse store is not usually the store I shop at, but after such a great experience I will definitely be driving the extra few mins for the incredible customer service. Thank you again Kate!

The ladies here are absolutely helpful and sweet! You can tell that they really do care about customers and making sure we get the right products by just talking to them. There are new faces compared to months ago which isn't a bad thing at all! Still great service. Whether my hair is brassy or dried out, I know I can trust them.

Right when I arrived to the store I was greeted by Christina, she was extremely enthusiastic and kind. I came in about 20 minutes before close and was worried I was going to be a burden but Christina immediately reassured me that I could take my time and she'd be there to help. She asked me exactly what I needed and guided me through everything so positively. I've been to other locations and have never once received such wonderful service. I left feeling very satisfied and I actually feel like I know what I'm doing thanks to her help!

Sam was the absolute nicest! She was super helpful with my bleaching disaster. She recommended the right products without trying to sell me things I didn’t need! She even told me to give the store a call and ask for her if I had any questions. I was only in the store 10 minutes and walked out happy! This will be the Sally’s I go to from now on.

Everyone is nice and helpful. I've had to come here a few times to fix my hair after going to the salon and having it turn out terribly. They always have the best recommendations and I've never had a problem with anything that I've gotten and they always accommodate to the customer's needs.

There were two ladies working there today, one with green hair and one with red tips. Both were friendly, trendy, and I found what I needed right away.

Products worked fabulously, very high quality and quite affordable, would recommend Argon Oil products. Just don't trust the hair swatches they have in store, trust the color on the box
