AT&T Store

So, went into this At&t store after I did a Google search. Kt the sales representative that was super nice, after explained to her about my experience thus far, I called and Google some other providers for coverage, and she was very helpful and patient. Thanks for the help. You made a happy customer.

The manager was so helpful! She was very kind and understood what I need help with. I thought she was very patient. Really glad she works at that one!

Super friendly and great to work with! We went in to add a line and were greeted very warmly and were shown the best option for what we needed without having to go through a bunch of hoops like it seems you sometimes have to at other places. We would definitely recommend going in here for your AT&T cell phone needs!

Isaiah was absolutely Lovely! He has the greatest customer service talent we've ever experienced. So graceful, knowledgeable and well spoken! Such a wonderful experience. That was the first time in all my years with AT&T that I had in a store. I'm jaw dropped! I wish all the employees had his passion and experience in communication and just a general kind human!! Will definitely be going back to this location as long as he is working!!!

Went in to change my cell phone plan. Isaiah helped me upgrade my plan at close to the same cost I was paying on my previous plan. He also helped me take advantage of a promotion that let me upgrade to a brand new phone for next to nothing out of pocket. Overall had a wonderful experience. Isaiah was awesome to work with and provided a great overall experience. Would highly recommend this AT&T location.

Keith was super helpful both times we came in to update our phones and return older phones. Pleasant to talk with and helped order a phone for my husband when the store was out of them. Highly recommend Keith due his overall attention to what each customer wants.

Keith was fantastic and so patient with us as we upgraded my phone and changed our DirectTV plan. He even suggested a better phone plan that would give us more features and save money and was super helpful and patient when it came to all our questions!

After breaking my phone and needing a new one I came to this store and Aaron was incredibly welcoming and helpful. He made the entire process nice and easy for someone like me who isn't good with technology. Will definitely reccomend to friends and family

I needed a new phone so my husband and I went visited a new local store in Syracuse UT and the experience was wonderful! We were helped by the manager of the store named Aaron and we were in and out within an hour. We will definitely revisit this store instead of the less personable busy stores uptown. I would highly recommend going to this store for your AT&T needs, it’s in Syracuse by Walmart!

Aaron and Auston were the best at&t workers I have ever dealt with. They me feel better when I came in with a broken phone. Definitely coming back and recommending my friends and family!!!!

I really like these guys, twice I have gone into the store with issues on my iPhone and both times they were able to fix the issues. I had a an issue with poor 5G speeds and my phones hotspot wouldn’t connect to my laptop….both issues resolved quickly.
