Smith's

This is our goto Smith's store always! The customer service at this store is fantastic every visit! Store manager is awesome and will help anyway he can. Store is always clean & organized every visit. The seafood is always fresh and ready to go. The meat counter meat is always fresh & delicious. The Customer Service at the meat counter is fantastic all the time! There is always a great selection at this store every visit. The Customer Service counter in the front of the store always offer excellent customer service every visit. This Smith's is honestly the best one we have ever been to.

Overall, Smith's is a great store. The digital coupons are especially useful. People have always been friendly and helpful. Products are good and at a decent price.

I love to go shopping for fresh products and meats at Smith's. I like the Syracuse branch. All the sales rep are nice and very friendly. Everything is organized where it's easy to find .

Had to buy soda n cookies for dessert at my boyfriend's house. Great customer service. Was in n out..

As far as Smith's go, this one had a huge variety of personal care products; as I found out, as my wife had me hunting for body spray amongst the other lotions, balms, and salves. Yeah...

Everybody is super friendly. One day I was a little short on cash, and I would have taken the product back, but David lent me $5. He had never met me before. We are now good friends. Hailey is a bagger and she's really sweet, Ishmael does pretty much everything and he is fabulous, and Amber is the perfect CSR, calm and patient and always has a smile. The seafood salad is delicious, and I like to come in and just cool down in their dining area by the deli. I wish there was a drink fountain or a beverage cooler near the deli, but that's my only complaint.

Staff is super friendly and always help ya find what you need. Prices are good compared to some of the other stores. The fuel points are amazing, especially when you get a dollar off a gallon. Smiths is my o to place for my grocery needs.

Ish the cashier and cart corraler is the best and he does multiple jobs! He asked us how we were doing when we walked in the store, helped us with our online coupons, and thanked us for our purchase and the wait ( afternoon of 3-28-23). He’s a straight shooter, please promote this guy or you’re loosing out. Contact me if you need me to write a letter.

Friendly and they know me. Employees are very knowledgeable and helpful. I've never had a bad experience there and I've been shopping there for 8 years

I needed a place to blow up some balloons that I purchased for a birthday. Britt in the floral department was so efficient and took care of me in no time. She was friendly and knowledgeable and really went above and beyond to help me out. After failing at several other chains, this was such a relief. She is amazing and we will come back to her department over and over again.

This is one of the smaller stores of Smith’s grocery stores however I would say that this has a very positive vibe I find the employees to be very attentive and always happy to be at work no matter the time of day.
I often see the management team working on the isles with their subordinates or teammates in this case.
The isles are always well taken care of with items stocked appropriately. The checkout process has always been very efficient whether you would like to self check out or have one of the smiling staff check you out. The gas pumps out front make it convenient and everyone enjoys a little discount on the gas prices.
As this is one of the smaller stores some items may not be available but for the atmosphere and neighborhood feel this is a great place to spend your money.

Dallin was so absolutely helpful putting together the balloons for my sons birthday! And it wasn’t even his department but he was so nice and patient making them

Was a very positive experience, it was made even better by the self-checkout attendant Tyler. I never leave reviews but I must say that he was a wonderful attendant. He was upbeat and told me hello promptly and even cracked a funny joke about my purchases. He felt so genuine as a person which really improved the overall shopping experience. Its not often that you get a retail employee that is as warming as he is. I would suggest others take example from him.

Love the new scan and go! So much easier to shop with my kiddos - my toddler loves to help scan, I can bag my items directly into reusable bags as I shop, and I know if the kids start to have a meltdown all I have to do is pay and quickly leave! I don't know why more people haven't picked up on this method - I still see huge lines at the cash registers while self checkout (where you pay after scan & go) is practically empty. If you're able, use the scanners and save the registers for people who need assistance bagging/scanning.

The new renovations are great too - LOVE the expanded artisan cheese section! Great selection of local and international cheeses, and a wide variety. Glad to see the upgrades are finally done, it was a bit of a mess during construction, but it seems to have been worth it. Employees have always been nice and helpful - I ask for help finding very specific/unusual items (especially after the reno) , and even if one employee doesn't know where it is, they help me find someone who does.

Floral section is also great for a suburban grocery store. Nothing amazing, but the husband can easily bring home some nice quality flowers. :)
