ALL Staff was cheerful, helpful, and went above and beyond to help each person to get their order in.
Fast and Friendly.

All staff was working consistently, Never once did I see any worker just sitting around.

The Many Flavors that are served are amazing I had a hard time picking out just 2. So I also tried my Husband's 😁

I have gone by the shop many times because there was a long line. Now I know it goes fast. And was So worth the wait.

we have our little service dog, keeping her in our arms at all times, she enjoyed some ice cream too.

Farrs ice cream has the best ice cream hands down!! This ice cream shop has been here for over a 100yrs! So many flavors and you can feel the history in its walls! My grandparents, my parents and I have been going for generations! A must stop for visiting Ogden!

A blast from our ancestors past! Who doesn't enjoy an old timey soda and ice cream shop. They make ice cream fresh daily. We love getting a cone or going upstairs for a banana split. Great atmosphere. Fun for small and large groups. Great date night activity. We love getting the tubs of factory seconds when they have them. They also sell cases of fun soda. If your in Ogden don't miss this place.

Stopped for ice cream Farr Better Ice Cream tonight. I sometimes avoid going because it’s so small and packed. It gets claustrophobic. Plus it’s hard to figure out how to order and it can take a while during busy times. Go in the wrong door and you could wait much longer.

But today I discovered something that will make me go more often.

They have very yummy ice cream, fresh waffle cones. We got bubble gum. I’ve never tried anything else besides the ice cream.

I’ve been looking for an ice cream shop to replace Birch Creek Merchantile that isn’t open that often. This is it!

Tonight I found out there’s a door to another large room that serves the same thing as the main entrance.

Am I the only person who has been going here for years and didn’t know about the other section?? Behind the green door.

Farr Ice cream shop never disappoints! There’s a reason it’s always packed. They have a lot of flavors to choose from and the ice cream is creamy and delicious. Plus the portions are huge; a single scoop could easily be shared (if you’re feeling generous).

Got a single scoop of Cake Batter in a waffle cone. I wasn't expecting it to have lots of chocolate in it. It was good, but not exactly what I'd hoped. My friends got Lime Rickey, Berry Cheesecake, and a Caramel apple. They loved theirs!

Ice cream! HELLS ya!! I did an hour and a half at the gym this morning! Out of straight boredom! Went for a walk and found this place. We need one of these in Wichita! It needs to be the same setup. This place is definitely dope and in my top five places for you to try.

Amazing selection of flavors, including some unusual ones. My wife loves black licorice, so she had that flavor and was not disappointed. Loved the 50s ice cream shop vibe and decor. Lots of places to sit and enjoy their delicious ice cream. Good sized portions as well. You will not be disappointed.

Have loved Farr since I was a child. My parents loved Farr when they were children and so on. The ice cream isn't top shelf but better than average. We love the atmosphere and tradition! Service is hit or miss.

Farr and away the best Ice Cream I've had in Utah. Not Farr from anything, either! A Vast array of flavorrs are offered from Vanilla to Almond to Root Beer. Side note, root beer ice cream is good!

Always a treat to go to Farr's! I always get great service and the ice cream is the best. Love sitting at a table and watching the bustle as everyone brings the family by for a treat of their own. So many flavors and such wonderful staff!

Our family recently visited this neat spot hidden in the middle of Ogden. To be honest it's almost like stepping into a time machine with the smells of fresh ice cream and waffle cones, happy vibes and top tier decor and furniture. We got some single scoop cones that were fairly massive, for an extremely reasonable price. They have Halloween decorations out right now as we are heading into Fall, and they were totally awesome and drew many comments and smiles from the kids. The ice cream also probably helped out with that a tad bit, but really who's to say and either way everyone was beaming smiles the entire time we were there. We will be returning to try more of the absolutely massive selection of different flavors.

We've been going to Farr's for ice cream since I was a baby- and my mom has been since she was tiny too. It's always a great experience.

8/3/22 Visit: Stroll down memory lane for anyone from Ogden. I forgot how historical and warm this place is. The remodel added a lot of indoor seating and room for historical pieces. Delicious ice cream and so many options!

Great place to go for delicious ice cream and popsicles with great employees! They do sell boxes of SpongeBob popsicles from the back upon request. They also have a lot of ice cream flavors to choose from, many are unique too!

Super good ice cream and fun environment, great location. I would recommend going through the door where there is inside seating, it's less busy and you don't have to wait in as long of a line as the one on the outside. Really run place and cute decorations. Ice cream is 4/5, nothing unique when it comes to flavors or amount of add-ins inside of the ice cream but good price and fun place. Would definitely go again.
