I 10/10 recommend this location, it's very organized which is appreciated.

I have gone to CVS for 3 years because of my insurance. Every time I pick up a Rx they are friendly and nice. Every time I come in the door the front cashier's greet me. All around the best service I've had yet.

It's 9:30 PM on Christmas Eve. I procrastinated and needed some last minute gifts tonight, and CVS is one of the only stores open right now. The guy who checked me out, Cameron, was one of the most polite, helpful store associates that I've ever met. It can't be easy being stuck at work late on Christmas Eve, but he didn't let it show. Thanks for a great experience!

I didn’t do anything with the pharmacy (although a pharmacist was very kind in helping me find an otc medicine!), but Andre was soooo helpful with helping me save money and checkout! He knows the ins and outs, very professional and kind :)

I switched from Walgreens to this CVS and the difference in the customer service is AMAZING. The pharmacist, Cindy, is phenomenal! I absolutely love this pharmacy!

Every time I've been to this CVS the employees and Pharmacist's have been nothing but kind and helpful.

Convenient, wonderful customer service, knowledgeable staff, quick.

Most of the time, we've had great service. But sometimes when they say they're working on a prescription and to come back in ten minutes, they say the same thing when we return. They don't always treat us like valued customers. At times, they make it seem like their customers are an inconvenience. Their notification service is spotty at best.

Just an okay experience.
Pros- They're friendly enough, they do their jobs, they have a drive through window.
Cons- They move slowly so if you need a one time immediate pain killer go somewhere else, if you have regular prescriptions and give them a week notice they will get it done. If you want to talk to them you need to go in because they will take a good half hour to answer the phone.

Always a wait at the pharmacy...its like Walmart pharmacy..wish I could use walgreens

The last few times I've gone, the store manager (who is usually the only employee working at the time) is standing right outside the front door vaping. And then he follows you inside, but then disappears in the aisle so you have to try and ring the customer service bell. It takes about 5 minutes of constant ringing for it to make an announcement.

A few months ago I picked up a RX at the pharmacy, and the tech yelled up to the counter from the back "Is it the mood stabilizer and the heart medication?" while there were multiple people in line behind me.

2 stars because it's a convenient place to drop off Amazon returns.

They used to be great. Now, can take multiple days to fill prescriptions, and the inside pharmacy is closed often forcing you to line up through the drive through. I put it up to hiring issues initially, but Walgreens and Smiths don’t seem to be having the same issues. Something needs to be fixed at this store.

I made an appointment online for a flu shot. Got there on time (early). They couldn’t find my appointment and even doubted that I had one. I showed them my confirmation and verified that the emailed confirmation had the Syracuse store and the time and date. Then I had to fill out all the questions AGAIN. That was already done online!!! Very frustrating.!! And it took FOREVER... had walk-Ins after me that got their vaccine before I did!! Why the heck does one make an appointment beforehand if this is what happens?! My husband went to Walgreens and had no problem... I’ll go there next time 😡

I was told my presriptions would be ready the next day. I patiently waited until the evening, of the next day, to pick them up. I drove to the pharmacy and waited in line at the drive thru for nearly 45 minutes, just to be told that I would have to wait another day. Mind you, they had everything I needed - it just wasn't ready. I told her that was the answer I had received the day before and that wasn't acceptable. She closed the window, in my face. I was mindblown. Will never use this location again.
