Harbor Freight Tools

This is the cleanest, very well organized, perfect signage place to go for a Lady looking for tools and stuff. The employees are always available, they greet you. The floor staff ask if you need assistance but they don't crowd you. Whenever you have an inquiry it's like they appear before you search for them. I enjoy going in for small house repair things or alternatives to a craft tool. Cashiers always polite, and patient with customers and what's even funnier, Ladies this and 2 other places I've seen men behave as they wait in line because someone is really slow in getting their payment processed. I was tickled and reminded that patient is a necessity in this life. And no I wasn't the slow one, I was behind 2 others and admiring the numerous varieties of tools.

My husband and I both love Harbor Freight. They have a decent quality product base. In our store, there are staff members who don't mind going the extra mile with a smile. The extended warranty plans are so worth it.

They honor their plans, no questions asked, no run around, or weird exemptions. Just honest to goodness customer service. Thumbs up all around.

This is one of my favorite stores for inexpensive tools. I wouldn't use most of the power tools professionally, but for homeowner use its fine. They do have various levels of quality on certain things. Tarps are an example. They have several grades to chose from, and many sizes. I like the fact that if I need some washers or hardware, I don't have to pay big box prices, and they do have stainless if you want to go that route. I own Porter Cable, Bostich, Makita and other tools that I used daily as a carpenter, but I also own a lot of Chicago electric (harbor freight brand) tools like cutoffs, grinders, Sanders, etc, and I haven't had any issues.

We are always treated so wonderfully there. Tonight our kids wanted stickers and they were out of them so the cashier (Aby) hand drew our kids anything they wanted on sticky notes as the sticker. It made our kids day and they proudly showed everyone the drawings everywhere we went after that. Thank you for going above and beyond with customer service, Aby. Harbor freight is lucky to have an employee like you!

Helpful staff, always able and willing to help even with obscure requests. Great prices for ok tools. Great place if you're a DIY'r or a pro looking for a tool to scrap or use once or twice. Honestly the last few years the quality of tools has been steadily improving. A few of their products are even unmatched right now, wenches are pretty great at an unbelievable price.

The employees are always nice and helpful.

You just can't go wrong with the great deals they have on tools and being a member for 29.99 a year is worth it if you are always buying tools and supplies.

I love going to Harbour Freight. I would walk in to buy a thing and end up buying other things that I use all the time or find great deals on something that I've been waiting to go on sale and they always have some kind of sale.

Hands down, way better prices than other big stores. Yeah, in some respect, the quality isn't the best but look at these clamps! I just over spent at another store!

Staff is serious about their job, tried to joke when told a item was out of stock, staff gave me a look that made me regret asking the question. But I get it with the great prices on one time use items I am sure the store is busy. I get the newsletter in the mail because it offers additional saving coupons. And their sidewalk sales are always worth stopping in for. Order online and have delivered to store

I have been married for 42 years, and I always tell my wife my tools pay for themselves in labor savings. I proved it to myself when I bought a Bauer electric impact wrench. I have already used it on a backhoe starter, installing lag screws in my new deck and a trailer tire in just 3 days! Harbor Freight has a variety of tools that range from adequate to heavy duty, I get to choose by the price, so I can say, "It doesn't get any better."

Excellent store. They have almost everything you need.

Prices are great. Cheaper tools for projects at home. I go for there for many items and never have any problems with there tools. Returning anything is easy. Coupons all the time just sign up though email. $1 $2 $3 items and things you'll actually use. Moving blankets, tarps, chains all are great prices.

Great place to get tools for cheap.

Just got a extreme foaming gun and opened it to a fright to find a dead spider inside the container. Scared me for sure now I just have a laugh😂
