Jurad (spelling) was fantastic today! He helped me understand how I can combine manufacture coupon and CVS coupons and deals to optimize my money. He made sure that I understood and explained the math to me. The time he took with me and the customer service he provided guarantees that I will be returning to this location. Great job!

I wanted to express my thanks and appreciation for the dedicated and helpful service of Phuong who was the Pharmacist on duty on Saturday, September 24, 2023. She helped get a prescription that my wife needed in the evening urgently. Our local Walgreens was of no help (the pharm tech literally hung up on my wife) and I went to the CVS since they had the medication available. Phuong worked quickly to collect all the necessary information and got the prescription transferred successfully from Walgreens (who hung up on her too!!). She is a true professional, skilled, helpful, and literally a life-saver! Thanks Phuong & CVS team!! You rock!!

Busy store at times but the manager, employees and pharmacist were great to interact with, very helpful and took the time to answer questions.

I use this CVS mostly for prescriptions, but today I stopped in to pick up just a couple items. As I walked to the self-checkout, Ameen waved me to come over to the register. He was so polite and personable, these days this kind of customer service is rare. Ameen deserves a raise!

It was very good due to the excellent service done by the staff especially Ehab. The whole experience was very nice.

I have lived near this CVS for 16 years. I have only had great interactions with the staff here and they have always been 100% professional and responsive. They have never made a mistake on any prescription as Walgreens had ( would have over dosed my toddler once with an incorrectly filled prescription) on numerous occasions before we switched to this CVS. Any negative comments about this CVS should be totally ignored. They have never been anything but kind, professional, and responsive to any requests or questions!

The pharmacy staff is very helpful. Yes many workers have an accent, but they are all kind and helped me figure out the best price/coupon since I did not have insurance. Definitely using this location again.

I read the reviews and hate to think who gets so worked up about a pharmacy to write such scathing reviews. My personal experience in business is that these are generally former employees with a chip on their shoulder. Well, to get down to the review. This is a nice clean store, well organized and with a friendly helpful staff. I enjoy stopping by and shopping. Your pharmacy is as fine as any I have seen. I give you five stars and encourage you to keep up the top-quality work!

I have been using this CVS for little over 3 years now. I refill all my prescriptions with the IOS CVS app and it's nice being able to pay over the app & i always get my prescriptions quickly. Longest, i might have waited was 10min, though for them being very busy that still was very quickly handled. I like the Tech's / Overall team. They, work hard and do the best they can. I also like how they have the generics that work best for me. I will continue with this CVS location. Same, with my family. Thanks.

THE PHARMACY STAFF AT THIS CVS IS ALWAYS HELPFUL. THE GENTLEMAN AT THE PHARMACY HELPED ME USE A MANUFACTURES' COUPON FOR A VERY EXPENSIVE MEDICATION. HE HELPED ME SAVE HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS. HE WAS VERY PATIENT WHILE I DOWNLOADED THE COUPON CODE.

OH MY GOD PEOPLE!!! Today my cane, walker and I went into the 6301 Eldorado CVS frustrated about the pharmacy giving me an INCORRECT prescription on yesterday. The CVS pharmacy team did their best assuring me that the CORRECT prescription was indeed picked up on yesterday. After a few trips back & forth from CVS to the house I REALIZED the CORRECT prescription was actually in my possession. Aaaah EMBARASSING!!!
I did go back into the CVS Pharmacy for a face to face apology BUT!!!! The 6301 Eldorado CVS Pharmacy Team REALLY deserve a PUBLIC APOLOGY!!! Regardless, of how confused and negative I became the CVS Pharmacy Team went ABOVE AND BEYOND to listen/guide me throughout complaint!!! They were ALL so very COMPASSIONATE, INFORMATIVE, PATIENT AND PROFESSIONAL!!!
Lisa the Pharmacist, Maikha the Tech and Hahn the Intern are ALL ABSOLUTLEY PHENOMENAL!!!! Thanks so much for all you do and GOD BLESS!!!!
